The 140th Passing Out Parade Singapore National Service Police Force "The 4 SPF core values are!!; Courage, Loyalty, Integrity, Fairness" PS: Ignore my mom's comments in the video ^^;
For the one at the front,they are the Officer Cadets,either Inspectors of Police or Assistant Superintendent of Police from SPF and RBPF,and they are Senior Police Officers,hence they are wearing the Number 01 Ceremonial Dress,then those in white with those in blue,they are the Vigilante Corps.These officers are those National servicemen who are either poorly educated or have criminal records but they are somehow assigned to SPF,hence they are dressed differently from their blue counterparts.

O_O -well literally before this video which I didn't put in because of the LENGTH that my mom took for the whole parade which we wait for the Guest of Honor to arrive... 2 or 3 passed out ^^;; - but that's not in the video so yeah ._. - -There WERE people passing out in the parade before this video was taken ^^;
