Give it a try. If you have publications, that will be a plus point.

@@mohsinramay ok, thank you. and do they want GRE/GMAT if I'm applying to John Hopkins which doesn't require it in masters in environmental health. And can I apply if tbe program is one year or should I searcg and apply in parallel with the application for a 2 year program?

Jamil IB you need to check on their website if they require GRE. But for Fulbright, you definitely need it.
