Hello Briana! I usually try to use a cream or Serum that has anti aging/antiwrinkle properties. But I don't think it matters so long as your skin isn't dry. The tool itself provides benefit.

Awwww you're too kind🥰 thanks for saying so and I'm glad you found it helpful. I am planning some more skin care videos. Any requests?? To answer- yep, I still use my skin scrubber OFTEN. Pulled it out to use this evening in my routine. Still works to help shrink the appearance of my pores by deep cleaning my skin really well. I still think my pores are the same size, because technically the pores don't change size, but my pores look much smaller as they are nice and clean. Hope that makes sense!
