Excellent current update on the treatments and therapies available for most Autoimmune liver diseases including PBC, PSC, NAFLD. Also some good information on ALD etc. The use of combination therapies and their effectiveness is described with clear graphs etc. Plenty of info, be ready to press pause as there is a lot of quality data from a top hepatologists in this video.

I've had a transplant because of PBC 28 years this September. I could stop the itch by wrapping cold damp towels on my feet and holding damp cold cloth in my hands. Had the rest of my body covered to stay warm. It worked and I could sleep, as you said nights were the worst. I still take urso everyday and anti rejection meds.
