*Takes shirt off* "YOU . . . WILL NOT . . . GET AWAY WITH THIS . . . BLI- . . . oh, only 3 hours? *puts shirt back on*
im so done. lmfao greatest comment ever.
ahahahahha
HHAHAH
LOL
Haha, made my day. :D Love ya Bajheera! :D
My favorite is "You should hit cancel" LOLS
Andy Stubblefield right, who the FK is this GM to come and spew his personal morals over the internet fkn weeb
morals on the internet in 2017 lul
JUST CANCEL THE TRADE 4Header
3 hour ban for 1k profit sounds like a deal.
+naywils You've not played WoD endgame have you
Streammz a
Whats that got to do with anything..... Like anyone cares about a 3 hour ban. You can sit in the Garrison for thousands a week anyway if thats what you're getting at
there's an end game in wod???
That has got to be the most retarded ban I have seen :D
2k gold*
So many idiots in the comment section. This is the first time I have ever seen a video from this guy and even I can say that he did nothing wrong. If he did not go against the TOS then he did nothing wrong. If some random idiot comes and trades me 1k gold I am going to accept it, no where in the TOS does it say you have to do anything the person says after they successfully trade you gold. I do hope this GM has been fired for his extremely unprofessional behavior and abuse of power.
Either you do not know how to read or did not read EULA at all or you are just trolling and insulting other comments. The thing is all the actions "especially" trade is watching by Blizz almost everytime, TOS does not have to actually say "TOS does not have to go into the details, if that guy accepts golds from players time by time, then he will be automatically flagged even if someone does not report him.Other than that read all the lines and you will see Blizz has an ultimate power on your account and it can be banned permanently without showing you evidence and you already accepting it just clicking Agree. And this guy who put his video right here, can actually give that guy's 1k gold easily but he refuses to give the gold and always talking about "how hard he earned that money" What if Warden catches him and gave him a perma ban because of "abusing of economy".Well he repated about his principle and received 3 hours of ban, and people actually believe those streams affects company or world something ? Meh, they got hundreds of streamers who can tell people "how x company is good at making games and their customer support"
StratoTiger The ToS has everything to do with the GMs right to ban him or not. If he is not disobeying the rules then banning him is abusing power and can get him fired, simple as that. Not sure how knowing the ToS of the game is "trolling".
Here read this:
BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this Terms of Use or the EULA.
us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html
As you can see, you can't do against nor a GM neither Blizzard company itself. You have agreed these terms when you decided to run the game at the first time.Rules also does not include "raid ninjas" but they do delete the items from ninjas as well if you report him/her.As you can see either you did not read TOS carefully before or someone told you that you will be overpowered against Blizzard lawsuit anytime, which is another lie.I have witnessed and heard different stories about getting permabanned and you can even lose your bnet account which might have another products on it.So this jackass over here tried to duel against a Gm and failed (that's not a surprise).Guy autoaccepts all the trade and did not read the in-game chat, thats one of the most suspicious action you will ever see in your life.
you can't do anything against*
StratoTiger Alright, you got me with your knowledge of the ToS, the GM is not in the wrong. But I still disagree that the guy who was accepting trades is in the wrong either. If his fans are donating gold to him all the time and some random idiot does the exact same thing but set "guidelines" to accepting the gold AFTER he already clicked the trade button then it is entirely his fault. This guy had no obligation to duel him nor give his gold back. A trade is a trade, fair or not, both players accepted it.
that gm doesnt deserve his position,
what do u mean position. it is not like rank climbing. gm is the 2nd lowest power in the game after live support. beeing a gm is a job. not a privilage.
Dennis Henriksson Then he doesnt deserve his job, he handled it like a child rather then a professional
Like the random telephone girl (who is actually a machine).
it's not the gms fault it was most likey the guy who traded gold
Someone gave him gold for a duel, that he didnt agree to. Then he tried to force soda to duel him, then banned him because he didnt comply with his dumb request.
"Your account received a 3 hour ban"
"Lol"
HAHAHAHAHAH
RIP in peace GM Onikifu. Either gets bitched at or fired, can go either way.
Yeah, his grammar and typing skills were awful, unless he was an intern, then he is in some serious shit....
You DON'T type/spell like that and work as a GM, that is a BIG no no at blizzard
well worry not because bobby fired all of the customer service people
@@MeatGoblin88 rip Blizzard
@@Keldonnation you do because blizzard is trash and dont care
he was a bit of a jackass anyways
"Give that to GM and tell him to STFU"
LOL!
Report that GM. It's the guys fault for accepting the trade.
I've spoken with like, 20 Blizzard GMs in-game. *NONE* ever typed as slow, and as terribly as they did in this video. What, was that a 10 year old GM?
Something is terribly fishy.
ya, he had several typos
CALL ZACH, he'll fix it
1. Trade streamer money
2. ask for dual afterward
3. report streamer for scamming
4. profit
This GM is a goose
i mean i think the gm just should have said "you dident do anything wrong but return the gold he dident want to give it to you"
Guy never got his gold back, only wasted alot of time from a GM, and a Streamer. And then he's down -1k gold
This is literally an example of GM's NOT being a robot. They are human! They do get angry!
GM'S ARE HUMANS CONFIRMED. Also this GM is a prick
***** Every single GM lost faith in humanity about 7 years ago
GMs*
......
lol the GM got pissed when he talked down to him
The people who are saying that he deserved it, well he didn't at all. That's like saying if someone donated 1 dollar and the streamer got banned for accepting the donation, it's ludicrous that stupidity can be rewarded in games. If you're going to duel somebody and he just gives you the money, then the duel's over, you've already won.
He was in the right to not give the gold back.
+Dun Hilda Honestly, he was sort of in the right. It seems like the guy who wanted to duel was like "Let's duel! Let's duel! Let's duel! and immediately opened up a trade. Now seeing as Soda wasn't paying attention to the game, and just having accepted something that was so sudden, he would have still been in a bewildered state. Had the guy not been so impatient, he would have kept his gold. Soda wasn't in the wrong, he was just not being courteous.
Ok guys lets look at this from the average players point of view. The GM involved most likely was new to the whole process, along with being extremely impractical and pretty much oblivious to the response of the player (If it's not in the book then you're wrong type of approach, without reading the book)
If you were a player who thought you were in the right and had this type of, lets say narcissistic, almost drunk with power type of person come up to you and claim you were in the wrong without showing any hard evidence.
You'd bow down to him and greater his perception that his twisted way of deploying justice was in fact benevolence?
Doubt it.
Kry
Exactly.
Ultrazipper In other words principle. truth or false, right or wrong, these concepts have no real place when principles are involved. We're most likely to defy common sense or convention to satisfy it.
Though what Dun Hilda said about the system needing change is what i believe to be our best bet at finding common ground don't you think?
+Aislinn Fallen Angel of Protection and Healing Sorry bro but nobody is going to accept, or take your view serious with all the offensive language for no reason.
lmfao 3 hour suspension. Watched this and died from laughter lmao
The Ruffler!
That gm went through all that trouble for a 3 hour ban lmao.
"Oh yeah! My first day as a GM! I should use my shit writing skill and ban soda for 3 hours!"
Yeah, I think that the GM was kinda new and he probably hated Soda and banned him for no reason at all. xD
Tome Bundalevski The same day Soda got banned I googled Onikifu, I found 10+ months old threads about this guy, so he isn't exactly new.
When it starting zoom into the chat, i swear it he was going to write "permanently", but it was just "3 hours" ROFL !
A 3 hour ban? Omfg! Its like a childs "time-out" moment.. LoL
Brian Honda soda is a fucking child
i had the same reaction. 3 hours.
LOL wtf that gm had to be a troll, 3 hours!??!
ikr do WoW got 10 year old GMs now>? this is bull shit
It is his job to do something. GM could have thought it was BS too
fuck the GM n fuck the 1k gold:x
Something people, including chance, should probably note, the ToS allows Blizzard to ban you for literally anything, they can ban you without a legitimate reason
Yes they CAN, but does that mean they SHOULD?
Fredrik Eriksson
The point is you can't argue with them
CodeMasterful Exactly which is why you shouldn't. If he did accidentally take the money not knowing why it was given to him and then doesn't care about a measly 1k gold then simply give it back. You can call it 'principle' but if its really no big deal anyway then just do the right thing and move on with your life. Granted he didn't show the part where the money was actually given and what was said. He just shows the part later on once the GM contacted him.
the biggest LOL factor of Blizzard ToS is that you dont actually OWN the account they own it and you are hiring the use of that account, they can take it off you at any time.
Glen Sanders False, thats like the bank taking your house even though your house is paid for and everything is on time. Its a crime because you're paying for a service, and if you are in fact abiding by their terms, they cannot remove it from your possession without a reasonable cause
Plot twist, the gm was him the whole time.
plot twist
GM's practice this for years
having a personal account tricking people
then ... bann u with the gm account
because there are not a whole bunch of people breaking the rules
I picked up a dollar bill on the ground yesterday, but then I found out the original owner of that dollar bill 12 years ago wanted to buy a bag chips with the dollar but then lost it. This dollar bill is now sadly dead currency and is unable to be used ever again.
A GM once gave my friend a 10 hour suspension for saying "shut the fuck up" to the guild leader in skype. Most of these GM's are just fucking around.
Didn't know it was against the terms to accept gold from someone. LOL.
Should have asked for an exact quote from TOS and mentioned that people donate gold to you all the time, and that you don't duel every person you trade, but whatever, the GM was still being stupid.
3 hours ??? Wow that hurt lol
Wow = 3 letters Soda's Ban = 3 hours
I mean soda laughed when he got his account banned for only 3 hours. I was being sarcastic along with sodA
Yeah, ik. I would of laughed if soda got a month ban.
SergeantCoby Everything is connected.
***** LOL
You cant even steal in this fuckin game.
+Zrex Blue Blizzard has some crazy ways of telling you "your wrong" when you actually aren't. They know how to spoil the game in a matter of seconds. Rather Email them or chat to them casually. No they are super strict about a game. They really dont care about the players anymore just about the money. -.-
Bajheera or Swifty never gets this shit from a GM why do you? it's like there looking for something to ban you for cause we both know damn well the GM knew who you were.
Maybe there's a bounty on him.
1000g maybe?
Pyah!
Gomace, The Dirt 5 Renekton Kappa
Gomace, The Dirt 5 Renekton You just made my day xD
bro it was a troll XD
Best troll GM i have ever seen lol
2:55 "Someone trades you 1k gold and accepts, you should cancel" Kappa Kappa Kappa Kappa Kappa
LUL
When the guy says "DO THIS" and gives you money, and you don't do that, you get banned :D (c) Blizzard 2014
no, when a guy gives u gold, THEN he says "do this". if you dont do it ya banned. blizzard logic.
either way he did somethign wrong and he was dumb enough to do that while streaming
+Marcia Quispe no. dude gave him gold and he took it. the dude went on to complain to. gm about how he didnt do something
HAHAHA WRONG
Jesus christ, that GM could not spell for shit :)
Dat zoom for the time suspension made ma laugh cuz i was expecting either perma or sth funny :D
Easiest way to become the most hated GM
WOW that GM should get banned
Rubin Chen not the gms fault
Panda Bun2 he's pretty fucking stupid
sodapoppin's hc guild got me into WoW. I am having the time of my life and enjoying every second. I missed out on a good era and am catching up with these old vids :)
that's ridiculous and unfair, that guy was out of line.
I get so nervous when a Gm talks to me I feel like I'm gonna die 😪😢
Don't be. You're most likely not in the wrong unless you're violating the terms of service.
they are like the best support people ever xD they are always ahppy to help with anything even if you like did soemthing stupid and u dont know where to find the next quest they will help you
i once asked about GM island and stuff
When you talk to a cop
unban swifty
It's funny that so many people don't get that this is about the principle of it. 1000 gold is nothing. It's about standing up for what you believe in, it's about integrity. It doesn't matter if he gives the money back or not, it matters that he did not accept them under false pretenses.
There is an order to doing things right. You don't just come to me, give me money and THEN you tell me why you gave them to me for. First you state your reason, then we agree or disagree on it and only then comes the transaction if we agreed, otherwise you're just stupid.
Dat 3 hour troll though. :D
or we can say that its a f---ing game and if you take everything in your life seriouskly that Morris is just trashed and need a get a real job and stop playing video games... ( because lets be honestly he can used all the money get from videos to pay for his time that he plays WoW... Just saying) -and ya i am coming at you bro- ": you mad?"
kinggocool500
The fact that you added "you mad" at the end invalidates everything you said.
Jaye サンダーの治世 I know, rite? Sadly, nowadays comments are all about invalidating someone else's opinion regardless of the facts that it's based upon.. more than actually debating it and bringing counter arguments to the table to reach a conclusion. I guess people apply the number one rule of debates over the internet: if you can't bring anything coherent and/or reasonable to the discussion, you take it to a personal level.
It's like I'm busy talking with all my friends at the lunch table and someone behind me says "I'll buy your milk for 5$" and I don't hear it simply because I'm not paying attention. Then he nudges me with the 5$ and hands it over saying "Here, take this" still barely paying attention, and I put it in my pocket. And when I get confused I have no idea why he gave me the money he gets mad and tells the teacher or whatever.
Okay you probably make 20-30k gold a day (Over-exaggerated) while some of us (including me) make close to nothing i make about 3-4k gold so its alot for some of us
Why the fuck Do GM's care about 1k gold?
+Ravenzx Zanganzx they ran out of toilet paper
+Ravenzx Zanganzx Did you watch the whole video? GM was trolling..
+corrosivelol How was he trolling?
Freakk Rewatch the end. He was just trolling, it was a small ass ban, 3 hours. Nobody would really make him do something like that, he didn't do anything wrong. The GM was just trolling cause it's soda
Well yeah guess most gm's already know who soda is ^^
I really hate it when
people spread one sentence
across 3 lines of chat
why do people type like this
+OfficialExilica easier to read.
Random Hero In what way?
+OfficialExilica well traditionally, when you type and essay or (back in the old days, on a typewriter) you put spaces in between the lines to make it easier to read. the words aren't as bunched up in a paragraph form.
Right, but you didn't
type an essay...
like this.
+OfficialExilica Im with you, i find it frustrating.
_sad music_
In a world where gifting money to someone gets them arrested... I'd have a lot less problems.
Gm was being a tool.
My heart was beating so hard when I red "please go to a safe area now" idk why
how hard did u red it?
Jordan Worthy yeah sry i meant "read"
Is Stormwind not a safe area?
Neon Light Orgrimmar > Stormwind xD
Neon Light Vacation to the beach
the GM doesn't know he's in a safe area. if chance said I am in a safe area in SW it would be fine
Athlete Sure they know anyone can know all u have to do is shift click name in chat
+Neon Light stormwind is a ghetto sketchy as fuck 1 horse town so I dont blame him for wanting soda to get to a safe area
alright, ima just go trade some random person some gold and walk away n say they stole it an get them banned woop
That hi mum kid tho, "HI MUM" "ur mum aint watching" ":c" LOL
damn 1k gold for 3 hours doing nothing.
Always worth.
Everyone in the entire world that plays WoW should get permabanned.
Sabin Ozera would be interesting, but why do you want that?
Kechai x lol Posted as a joke, I just don't like MMOs of any kind.
But if it's something you enjoy, go ahead, I can't tell you "that's not fun" when it actually is to you.
Sabin Ozera did you by any chance find a wow video just to say that ? :)
Playing wow? What are you talking about? Living on planet Earth should get permabanned.
you should have said you were roleplaying a theif
sorry you got banned swifty :(
Go drunk, you're home!!!
niker40 lol
What a plot twist! "3 hours suspension"
Onikifu, W T F . That's all I can say.
the zoom in to the chat at the end destroyed me where he just said "Lol" and closed the window
I like the dude that just walks beside him and then just say "wtf dude, call blizz" and when Soda walks a little bitt to the left, he just flyes of.
soda officially got trolled by a gm
If someone says to do something because you're in the wrong when in actuality you're not, then there's no reason to back down for any reason. Even if he agreed, is he required to follow through? Or is it just good manners to follow through? I doubt there's anything in the TOS about agreements between players in game. The person should be more careful with his gold if 1k meant so much he had to get a GM involved.
Wow. That GM.. Couldn't use proper grammar or even show him a rule in which this was against.
***** Ever hear of professional courtesy?
***** Do you have trouble understanding the concepts of a ToS? Let me fill you in. They are basic rules a consumer agree's to. Chance did nothing to violate those rules. So they do not matter in this case.
I was waiting for it to say FOREVER buy 3 HOURS LOL!!
Over 6 years later and this still infuriates me lol
that gm is that dude that traded you 1k golds big brother xD
"My Dad works at Blizzard"
Ikr xD
I feel like he should have given gold back, roflcopter dude would have gotten plenty of shit as it is, though during the stream that he got banned he racked up 16k views...so a win win situation?
I would have given back to gold (or dueled him) but I see where Soda's coming from, since Roflcopter traded the gold before Soda even accepted to duel him.
He's stupid, he should have given the 1k gold back and it stay out of trouble. Simple way to end shitty situation
I don't like him but it's the principle off the whole situation
No, he did what was right. He didn't give in and fought for what was right. Giving in to the wrong is the problem with people today.
RonizukeSan exactly.. the guy agreed to trade without anyone agreeing to his terms..
Yea bro hes real stupid. 10k viewers and a million dollars a year playing a game.....He's sooo stupid. Get fucked.
He did it to make a point not to find the easy way out infact, I would have done the same and i know it
I have to say, I was working as a Game Master for 3 years in Blizzard and my personal opinion for this agent is that he was wrong. When some player randomly gives you his gold, you are not to be charged for as you are guilty or something. He gave you that gold and you did not steal his gold. In the end. That agent did wrong. Also, there is no such thing in ToS for dueling and random trading gold. Furthermore, the agent has no rights to suspend your account for such reasons, to actually suspend someone account you need a lot more and senior permission for that and to get that, he needs a very good reason, which that agent did not give. Period
the random bear on the beach..."HI MUM", I'm fucking dying
Trading is an in game service. Really I believe this is something that shouldn't be against a player other than the one who gave the gold. I had a situation like this back in WoTLK when I was trying to do the daily heroic back then and went to one of the dungeons where a mount can drop. No where in the chat the person said the mount was reserved and when it dropped I hit need and was instantly booted. I got the person banned for the rest of the expansion due to this violation of not letting me know since the chat logs didn't say anything. The expansion was still fairly young and the guild that person was in got mad at me because I got their top person banned. I sat there and laughed at them because next time they will know not to take someone on a run and hold something on reserve without telling them.
I hope you escalated this issue with Blizzard. The GM was genuinely wrong in this matter. There are no terms that state that when someone trades you gold you automatically abide by their terms. If they allow this then what's to stop every troll who wants to get you banned by repeating this?
"There are no terms that state when someone trades you gold you automatically abide by their terms"
im quite sure this is on par with other stuff like buying a boost in an instance and then the guy running off with your gold etc..
its a scam, but ive never seen anybody get banned for hours for it, perhaps maybe a warning, but not a ban..
then again, with the amount of reports going to sodas acc, its not surprising
Chance Morris You have to learn to take the high road more often and stop trying to find ways to get around it. If the guy gave you the gold to do duel and you didn't duel him then it's clear your at fault. Remember Blizzard keeps logs on everything when events took place and what was said when. So you need to stop being child and grow up, you should have just given the player his 1k gold and bowed out gracefully. Instead you acted like a screaming little brat who wasn't allowed to get his own way after he broke the rules.
Technically he didn't do anything wrong, what rule did he break?
_ Ryo _
A manager at my friends local Mcdonalds store once gave someone a 4000$ check on accident. the first thing she did was run home and cashed it.
Who was technically wrong? The manager. Why? because she should have been paying attention. But the other person, is just as wrong, because who the hell doesn't notice a 4000$ check and more calculated hours that are even possible for a pay period??
This case, Who's wrong? the person who gave the money without first establishing ground rules. Why is this kid also wrong? he's really not, he's just a cunt. he was better off just giving the money back instead of facing the consequences of being a tremendous prick. I wish being this type of person could get people banned more often..
Austin Wood Although the scenario you talked about with the cheque is similar in some ways, it's different in the fact that Soda has free gold thrown at him all the time. It's not an uncommon occurrence, whereas the $4000 sum of money was.
Whether or not he was being a prick, the fact remains that no rules were broken. I agree he should of just given the gold back to make things easier but to be honest I would of been pretty annoyed myself if I was threatened with a ban when I had broken no rules.
if someone trades you gold without replies from the one you trade, you are just dumb. and was the traders fault
there are rules and then morals.... most of the popular people have shit morals.... so he is either braindead like most of the streamers or really just feels entitled to free shit.
Laughed my ass off at "I feel like im going to the pricipals office right now."
You practically begged to be banned. When a GM tells you that you are in the wrong and you have to return money then you return it. Doing anything else when you could just give back the money and be in the clear is arrogant and stupid and probably will result in worse negative consequences at least 90% of the time.
John Hadley Its like saying someone randomly hands you 10 dollars, then walks away. The next day the police are at your door and say if you don't give back the 10 dollars you STOLE, you were going to be in a holding cell for like a day.
You did nothing wrong, someone just handed you something. You shouldn't have to bend over just cause an idiot wants to get you in trouble.
+LightzGaming If I hand you $10 and say "Here, ten bucks if you shake my hand." Then you grab the $10 bill and leave. Yes. You just stole money from me.
Michael Tenner
1) If they do not agree to the terms, then just a lil advice.
Don't give them the money?
2) The point was, if someone randomly gives you... an ice cream or i dunno somethin, and walk away without saying a word, then you get in trouble for 'stealing,' then that's fuckin dumb.
LightzGaming Yeah, but let's say I am in a store. I have $100 dollars in my palm. So I ask "Will you give me this item for $100?" I show my hand with a $100 bill. The shopkeeper just takes the bill and leaves. He did not agree so he should not have taken money.
So when I contact police and they ask him to return the $100 and he refuses because of... reasons ? He has hundreds of thousands,$100 is nothing to him. So why not return it ? Because standarts ? No. Because Chance likes to stoke his massive ego.
+Michael Tenner
The thing is, Chance didn't agree to any terms, he was just given the gold, only to be asked AFTERWARDS for a duel
I just found a post on the forums from Onikifu. Onikifu said " I have no idea what he meant."
post it

this gm makes typos every sentence
Lol
I don't think Blizzard customer support has any business in how people trade gold or behave to each other, unless you're preventing someone from playing the game, fooling someone in-game is part of playing (or roleplaying) the characters.
It's really fucking irritating when you look for someone with Alchemy for example to transmute something for you, you give them the mats and they just run off to the auction house and sell them.
But I agree, in this case they had no business, he's a streamer and a busy guy in game.
That's why communities are so important in mmo games, good and bad reputation is what separates the crafters who are sought after and those who are ignored/out of business.
If you don't know any trustworthy trasmuter, just buy what you need from AH. that's also why the trade window needs two guys to confirm the trade. If put all your gold in a trade window and press "Trade" without anything to be received, it's a gift, by definition.
Destructvedonut Regardless on if or not he is a streamer, which he is for what we can see, its simple ignorance that you would not take 3-5 secconds to read a random challenge that some one is handing you. I guess this falls onto more of a moral thing, considering how this is just an act of show to reveal the bad community that parts of WoW has. I pay, I play. Ive met bad people and good people. Regardless of how long the ban is, thats still a ban. It will be on record for quite a long time. I understand where you are coming from but again this video only shows how defensive and ignorant one can be when confronted about certain questionable actions. Oh well.
Chris Murphy the person was on ignore though when he opens his list toward the end of the vid how could he possibly have even seen the message in the first place
As far as the Terms of Service goes, he should not have been banned, in fact the GM was supposed to IGNORE whatever ticket he was given by the other player, because GMs are not entitled to handle situations such as those. The GM had no right whatsoever to ban him, despite what was said in any of the GM convos. Blizzard employees have posted threads about trading items and the issue is among the players themselves if any issues occur.
Apart from that, he said HIMSELF, he would have traded back the 1k gold. He showed us his inventory, he can definitely wipe his ass with 1k gold. The thing is, the GM/player who traded him the gold, traded it, whispered him something, got ignored, and then reports him, even though THEY are the one who initiated and ended the trade, then they tell a GM that Chance 'STOLE' the gold, which isn't even POSSIBLE unless he had control of the person's account.
TL;DR, Onikifu is a retarded ass GM and if I ever have a ticket responded to by him I'm immediately logging out.
I wouldn't logout if i were you.I'd read Blizz's ToS and follow it by ever word and trashtalk that gm as much as possible. If he happened to ban be without a legit reason i would report that son of a bitch and get him demoted.
it clearly state that blizzard can ban you as they see fit. Or they can ban you without a reason. It clearly states in the ToS
Why u should press cancel if that other player didn't have to ?
GMs like that are why blizzard games suck. No aspect of community and customer service
blizzard customer service is by far better than a ton of other games lol... you're an idiot
Syfiewow It's pretty bad. Especially Sc2
Jotak Blizzard CS is pretty good, they give a lot of good responses, and even do GM jokes for fun, just watch Chance's superstar Zach video. However, Blizzard GM's on the other hand, are a different story, like shown in the video :)
Isn't he saying he isn't dueling under 5kG?
Nemolicious he might have that rule but he wasn't dueling for gold that day so that is of no meaning. soda thought it was just a gift from stream viewers like he gets every day i bet.
i love how illogic this gm is, and he was PUT into that position by a company this big and powerful.. shows alot about their ability to lead and keep things balanced
it's a contract - you offered it in chat for 1k. you accepted his trade - it's a contract...and then you admitted to ignoring him. That's theft irl.
I was hoping for a perma ban..
and if you wipe your ass with 1K gold, then jus give it bk to him lol, geez kid
this guy is just.... ugh
I loved that one guy "HI MOM"
Better, "Chance, as always, gets banged in World of Warcraft".
Nice ebay blizzard ? how much did you pay for him ?
Lol you can just tell this is one of those arguments where the GM clearly lost and just did the "BECUZ I SAID SO" trick...how was this guy even hired? He's essentially a corrupt blizzard employee...
dat end
im fucking crying... he said "3 hour suspension" and Chance said "Lol"
that gm was truly the best troll ive ever seen hands down :D
ya deserved the ban
How is that so? Lol.... Let me tell you this, the one responsible was the one giving the trade. As he had to ask before the trade for the duel and THEN duel him, but all he did, he traded him the gold and asked after. There are no rules telling you to return the money that was traded to you, it was the fault of the traded that he traded it out of his own will. Before typing something stupid, understand the facts and only then type... So just be quiet for the rest of the comment section, as you have clearly no clue what's going on...
Сандро Такаишвили
So why did that guy that gave him the 1k open a ticket then ? He did it because he expected something in return for the 1k that he did not get. And why is it that hard to trade back 1k if it means nothing to him instead of arguing with a gm about it ? He prefers to act cocky and mentions how many people are watching him right now and that he would wipe his ass with that gold and stuff.
Ermo77 Why would anyone trade gold before any kind of agreement then? I'll say it again, if GMs aren't punishing ninjalooters and punishing Soda for just gold taking, without the giver naming the reason for it, then they are very screwed. This just shows how much either they are retarded or how much they want attention. Let me get this straight, a TICKET about 1k GOLD THEFT should be just ignored, as it's amount even I can wipe my ass off, as I have 300k gold... 1k is just nothing for anyone and before trading 1k gold to someone INFORM THEM in a WHISPER not in a CHAT (where most of the stuff is not readable). Thus there was little fault of Soda.
No idea who this guy is, but IMO he was NOT in the wrong
since when is getting "robbed" gold a GM issue?
that falls under (at your own risk)
It against the rules it the same if you go and rob someone in real life police get involved, the gm is the police. Soda was in the wrong.
6:39 I once got taken to the principal office for waving at the principal when he looked at me in a hallway lol
The guy should have waited for Chance's response first before giving the gold!
