    Thx for that john. Seemed abit crazy 😱 but looks like it worked.
    Would be interested in a follow up ie how long did they stay waterproof and wud defo like to see how/if it works on clothing. Thx again 😉

      To be fair it is crazy, but I was surprised by results, although low odour has got to be the way to go, it is very stinky. I will be trialling some clothing soon with low odour, watch this space. I will also feedback about longevity👍

    Good idea and well done, but I just bought mid-calf Dunlop wellies £16 no lace holes to leak completely waterproof for winter, good grips on sole also short enough to fit up under bib & brace. No messy silicon 👍

    Brilliant think you might have something there!
    Clothing will be interesting!
    Did the smell go away?

      Very effective, I think it will take another week or 2 to go away, I will try with low odour stuff next. (If I can get some) and see if its less smelly.

    Nice one mate, it's the sort of thing that would be easy to get carried away with.
    Test it on this, test it on that, material mixing bowl perhaps 🤔 even your hats and caps.

    Does it make a difference if it’s not Greek yogurt?

    Can you use any clear silicone?

    • @AverageAngler
      @AverageAngler  3 роки тому

      I'm not sure Ash, most people seem to think that it needs to be pure silicone?
