We start from the truck stop in Brigham City, UT to I-15/I-84. Then South/East on I-15/I-84 thru Ogden to I-15. Then South on I-15 into the Salt Lake City Metro Area to I-215. Then South on I-215 (Salt Lake City Bypass/Belt Route) around the Northwest side of Salt Lake City to UT-201 in Salt Lake City (while passing by Salt Lake City Int'l Airport beforehand). Then West on UT-201 (2100 S.) to the yard in West Valley City, UT (Suburb of Salt Lake City) where Steve does a routine CalBIT Inspection...or does he?

Hey Dude those Rib Eye's are good. I buy them a couple times a year. There a little small and thinner than what you would buy at the store, but there good. The "Gotch Ya" (there's always a gotch ya) is the guy selling them will try to get you to buy the $400 dollar box of assorted cuts. You just have to cut through the high pressure sales BS and tell them all you want are the rib eyes.
