This looks like a nice hotel. I love the Arches National Park map on the wall behind the headboards of the beds. And it is cool that there are photos of the park in the room too. I do wonder why hotels overbook. It happens to us occasionally too. If you reserve a King room, that is what you should get. I know it isn't the end of the world and we don't let it ruin our trip. But it would be nice if they actually reserve you the room you want to reserve. Breakfast looks good here. I like the pool and the hot tub - especially with the mountains in the background. What a view! Thanks for sharing this review with us!
I think sometimes the overbooking is due to other booking sites. If you have ever tried to book a room at a specific hotel and there is no availability, and you check a hotel booking site and it will be available there. The pool area was amazing.
