She will not be having a quinceanera this year because of this virus and so we wanted to make her something very special at home like giving her a beautiful balloon arch and take pictures of her. I did not know what I was going to do when I realized that there was no one going to be able to do the balloon arch for her. Now by looking at your video I know that we can make it for her and make sure that she has the happiest day we can make it considering this terrible virus. It looks like a regular air compressor that pumps air because the balloons weren't floating when she put together the arch. You don't need helium for arches :)

How long does it take from starting blowing up the balloons to stringing them together? And how much string did you use for that size?
It took me a little over two hours but I don’t remember how much string I used exactly. It shouldn’t be a lot.

She probably used a few command hooks and maybe attached them with 160 clear balloons. That's one way to attach.
How do you attach the garland to the wall? Are they all 9 in balloons inflated to the size you want? Also, what inflator are you using?
