    Nailed it on the drip campaign comment - I see it over and over again - agents getting into the "Set it and forget it" mindset with action plans - It may be 5 min to the 1st touch via an automation but it is the follow up touches that count beyond that and not forgetting the importance of having conversations that lead with curiosity and provides value. And my biggest pain point brokers being held hostage by their agents, not willing to create standards and accountability! Preach - Love this Podcast!
