As a hairstylist of nearly a decade, I can share with you you, that you're not supposed to apply harsh hair shampoo on your hair.
I've observed hairlines of many people, and I noticed that individuals who were using strong shampoos typically had poor hairline.
So I advise only to use mild shampoo only. I personally use and suggest to apply litttleextra coconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it improves circulation and stimulates hair.

Make sure to Shampoo the hair two to three times each week. Avoid oily foods. Apply your hair with natural hair oil two times each week. Use a wooden neem comb rather than an comb made from plastic. Use a scalp massager during shampooing. Don't use harsh shampoo. I have been using LittleExttra Cocoonioon anti hair fall Kit for the past 1 year, and I don't face any hair thinning now.
