Lack of Sun roof is not an issue. Complement Honda for retaining 4 cylinder engine and CVT.
100% agreed bro. But the thing is, most people want it whether they use it or not. That's why Suzuki and Hyundai/Kia are so successful in India. They understood that cars are aspiration for Indians where 1500 gimmicky features which you can flex around your friends and family is much more important than practicality and quality.
@@sunnywagle8995true, my carnival has 2sunroofs, but we dont even use it, even kids
I really liked the all new Amaze. Had the pleasure of driving older gen and I was impressed by its performance. Its linear, smooth thanks to the four cylinder enine and offers decent mileage as well. And I really liked Honda's approach towards not giving sunroof which makes no sense whatsoever. The only feature that I felt missing is TPMS. They could have given it as standard. Finally Honda has given a good value proposition car that feels upmarket and is sorted mechanically. Features wise, still the Korean makers are the best but I'm okay with the all new Amaze with the lack of few gimmicks.
One word for Honda Amaze from this video "Enhance".
Correctuon 16:49 Automated Braking feature of ADAS is available for Manual drive too
11:52 yes it is available in accessory! Front Parking sensor!
Awesome car. Stylish and safe....
16:35 In video you mentioned that Adas Collision Mitigation Braking System wont be there in ZX Manual Transmission? Is that correct. In brochure this information is not clear, it mentions that this feature is there in zx variant commonly.
It's there both in manual and automatic
Watched a review by @odmag after quite a while primarily due to the fact its not anchored by someone who I can resonate or connect to unlike Rohit Paradkar! Actually his attention to detail is something I find largely missing
Honda's acting like it has launched Clarity/Accord in India lol. Come on, a decent car but a third world product at the end of the day. Where are the new xyz-RV's?
Exactly. They look at us like 3rd class citizens launching outdated cars made only for fuel economy.
but for the segment & price this engineering marvel comes... it surely is worth praising...
Marutin dezire tin can fans barking under every Honda videos😂
@@timeisup6844 my ambitions are higher than dzire mate
Honda is stuck in the era where people buy a car only for its engine. Indians have moved on far beyond.
first time car buyer - can you suggest AMAZE ZX CVT or SONET IMT HTX + - budget 12lakhs only onroad.
any other best car suggestion also fine. Will check the car. Request you to suggest. Thanks.
Amaze
Sonet
Amaze zx cvt would make much sense if you just want to feel relaxed in the car, just got one last week in the grey metal shade 👍✨
Look into Maruti Suzuki swift desire top model
Sunroof is a must for indians with adas
Very detailed excellent work boss...
N yes sunshade is more of a waste in India .
As people age they find it difficult to get in and out of a sedan or hatchback. Also people are more bothered about owning a car which can get through tight spaces without much guessing. Thus the SUV type body sells more period.
Waiting for a sub 4 metre suv body type car from honda with finesse.
Nice car, nice review
Everyone says sunroof is not needed, true. ADAS is more imp. But we are in India. Sunroof is must for families, kids always want sunroof. Safety, maintenance will back seat in India. Status matters.
I have a kia carnival, which has two sunroofs, but eventually, even kids will forget about it😂, we haven't used it for a while
Wat u n tushar at zig wheels missed is to talk about fuel economy!! 😅
Japanese technology and reliable engine. 👍
Didn't the Amaze score poorly in the crash test last time ?
Yes it scored 2 in the latest norms of standard six airbags , previously it did 4stars
build quality is great... only cus of less airbags it scored less
but this has all airbags as standard
New Amaze 3rd generation looks fantastic. Very spacious refined engine reliability of Honda. I always say Honda Cars are trouble free even after 15years
My question is... Shall we call it a "New Gen" without a platform change?
Yes we can
@abhaykrishna4861 .... Then what's a facelift?
@@Adi-yv1bk facelift refers to minor cosmetical change in the front, rear and maybe interiors without any change in sheet metals of the existing car .
@@abhaykrishna4861 ... Exactly why I feel this should too must be called "Facelift" not a new gen... New generation is when u make changes to platform, Engine, interior, dimensions, drive of the car and mostly mechanical!!!
@Adi-yv1bk they have widen the car by 23 mm ,ground clearance has been increased 2mm even though it looks less mechanical changes are done door panels are different from the previous one
Honda is sleeping. Without new cars it is loosing Indian market.
Missing driver arm rest is such an idiotic decision. Who makes such calls????
Your Video camera focus is not upto the mark
At the end of the day Dzire will sell thrice that of the Amaze! Period.
Honda Amaze scored really poor in safety. That's why they will not test this car. Also, this ADAS is based on Camera only, not the most dependable radar-based ADAS.
Last amaze scored better than dzire. This version as well they will test and it will score better than new dzrie
It was tested in the latest norms of standard six air bags and few standard electronic safety aids which it didn't have. Anyways ADAS is not relevant in India(atleast in most parts of India other than expressways) so it makes no sense to discuss about it. But ADAS is much better than that silly sunroof which has no function whatsoever. Atleast we can turn off ADAS but can't do the same with a sunroof.
Honda sensing camera based ADAS is even better than radar based... there r many comparison videos on internet... even i hv in 5th gen City... no issues at all in any condition... u people just yapping wat u hear from random haters on internet... rather than actual truth... grow up a bit
@@kill3rbyysight ADAS is a new technology that is still evolving. I can't rely on something that is not mature. I may sound rude but it's the harsh truth. I'm not talking about Honda's ADAS but in general. And you may live in a place where people have some road sense but I live in Hyderabad where everyone drives and rides crazy. And one thing you must know is to talk politely to someone whom you don't know personally. That's basics of common sense!! No offence to you! 🙏🏻
@@kill3rbyysight Not true. Stop blindly believing that Camera ADAS is better because you have one. Camera-based ADAS is less dependable, especially when there are no clearly marked lines and in bad weather. It is almost useless in rural areas. But radar-based ADAS can see what humans can't see. Radar or lidar will be more reliable for emergency braking or collision avoidance
