I usually buy fine white bulgur from the deli in oakleigh and I haven’t made koupes or anything with it it’s just sitting there. Do you think I can use that for this or course bulgur?

In my place I can't dry it under the sun. Is there another way?
If you run a heater, that keeps the air very warm and dry for a couple of days, in the room that you are drying the trahana, you can do it!
