This advice got me thinking, I got a beach full of stones first half hour I get some great hits after that I start going off and just keep going and going all hitting all around the target but rarely striking. You mentioned a similar thing in another of your vids about when there is a a ubundance of ammo one starts rushing and obviously tiring.. Nice advice my man👍🏼

Very true. Over practice and overworking yourself is definitely a thing. And it can be a mental as well as a physical thing. Sometimes if I get in a really long stretch of bad slinging, I'll take a whole week off and let everything reset.
    See you in Ibiza buddy!!!

After two months, I'm still having problems long before I get tired; hitting maybe once every ten throws. For whatever reason I can't time my release consistently; it's almost always too early or too late. Although when it works out my accuracy left/right isn't off by much.
But I am getting pretty good at distance, and can launch a golf ball much further than I can with a club. Except I suck at golf too, so it's probably not a good comparison lol.

after about three days of slinging, am usually very sore shoulder and back, 'cause it is just so dang fun.... could go all day if I could, so will do fig 8, then sidearm, helicopter, underhand distance is all that is left eventually..... then ya gotta take a week off to heal, or it just won't be as fun a session. Work more on proper form and alignment and throwing follow through, but after a while.... shots are just too wild, and yeah, body is too tight, and is forced to throw, especially under the shoulder blade. Sometimes have to stop and just draw my bow a few times to help stretch it deep. Great tips, sir. Great shootin.
