I found an exploit in the Mindustry campaign.

- I've been snooping through the Mindustry Erekir campaign looking for interesting things, and today I found an exploit in one of the maps.
Are you tired of Crux attacking you with air units? No need for that anymore, or even any defense at all! Do this and you can kill the all the enemy cores in Peaks more than two full minutes before they even try to fight back.
This was recorded in release 140.4, and I have submitted a bug report to the Mindustry Github project so don't expect this bug to stick around for long.
Update: The developer says this isn't a bug, so have fun doing gameplay as intended!

I operate the Eviction Mindustry servers, which are based on hex war and balanced for competitive and individual focused PvP. It plays like a real time strategy game but trying to emphasize building, economy, defenses and mass production of units instead of micro management.

16:45 it might also have been intentional to encourage (force) the player to use the mass drivers instead of just hand-carrying the materials over the cliffs, since they'd need much more of them for creating the units later (but they don't know that until they see the 3 minute timer)
I'm very sure there was intent to force using mass drivers, and either manual carrying wasn't considered at all, or was thought of as a "oh if they mess up and run out of W before finishing the drivers, there is a way to recover from that"
There are probably other arrangements that would be less effective but could technically work, like sending graphite and or/silicon from right to left, then build the averts on the left landmass.
I think it might also be possible to stall at the combustion generator objective, and crawl along with just turbine power running one Avert factory. It would take much longer, and be much less fun, but could also get to unit cap without being attacked.

I actually originally played the level this way. i setup a container matrix and manually load tungsten into the core every once a while. it worked so well that, I basically filled up the whole map before advancing xd
discovered this bug on the first level when I got lazy and decided to manually move resources to the core instead of doing it properly
Remember finding this as a result of building mistake. I started from oxide and combustion chambers, ran out of tungsten and had to move it manually.
Finally someone else found this exploit. I thought this exploit would never be found out but good on you for finding this.
I guess it's just too insignificant to mention
I used this trick in all sectors
10:56 I played the old erekir, and the shield used to be dealt with by a shield destroyer, so I guess anuke scrapped that and left the shield
So this is what they meant in the polish sector description
in fact they had known the issue before, thats why the enemy core is revealed only after u completing the first tungsten task
If you never build 2 big pylons, they never start to fight, bc 1 is enough to connect bases
To be honest I'm 3 months ahead of this Exploit and I'm not the first one (maybe) to discover this
Is the first combustion chamber ever connected to the power grid? Can it do so through the electrolyzer?
Yeah, power plants can conduct power through touch.
i found a similar exploit where you only need one beam tower since it can connect to other nodes or blocks. so in a nutshell, you only need to place one beam tower and your fine
I found out that only 2 beam towers can connect from different positions then the middle
Bro, it's too short, what do you think about completing 3 stages of the campaign every video? Maybe it would be more fast, because, one stage every video seems that it will take a very long time to complete the entire campaign, for me it's not a problem if the video last one hour, i don't know the others
it literally doesn't matter if Lar puts 3 sectors in one vid or make a vid for each sector, it will still take the same amount of time to finish the campaign
