i left my beef kidneys in half vinegar and half water for 2+ hours. it removed some of the blood and practically all the smell. i did 1 batch previously without doing this only rinsing it out till water was semi clear. it smelled so badly when eating, but the taste and texture was the same.
looking good. But without soaking in the water for 30 min and few times boil in the new water, will be very strong urine taste.

Don't u wash them otherwise they gonna smell u have to leave them in water for 1 hour then clean them b4 u start cooking
