Come someone explain the format of each event to me? How many days are there are what happens on each day. Are they just practicing here or are they qualifying (is there qualifying?)

all of our videos are of practice sessions only. the UCI (cycling governing body who puts on the world cups) will not allow videos of qualifying or race from anyone other than red bull. the schedule generally goes like this for sunday race weekends: on-foot course inspection thursday (no bikes), practice day on friday with a special timed practice session for top riders at the end of the day / morning practice, then qualifying on saturday / morning practice for those who qualified and race on sunday.
