Thanks for this. I had no idea how to change the battery. I thought I’d lost the tool, but fortunately found it in my closet. That saved me $40+ from having to buy a new one because their new models don’t include this one.
Did not show how to FIND KEYS ?! . Which is reason for buying the “ KEY FINDER ?? ) . WTH ? .
You never set the fob off what does it sound like
Rhys Aistrope kind of a high pitch chirping. I’ll be posting a video soon if the Orbit card. I’ll be sure to play the sounds of both of them for your listening pleasure so keep an eye out for it.
What if I don’t have an opener
I have the same question
Would you k ow how to add trusted contacts with this? I've looked through the manual (specifically page 4) and was not able to figure out how to navigate myself in order to add trusted contacts. Any help with this?
U skipped the entire process that pairs the device. Its not letting me push add new device.
I bought 3 but could not detect them with Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
where is your post on the credit card tracker setup and recharge?
I started the filming of it but didn’t finish getting it all together. I’ll try and do that when I can. Summary tho is the card works very similarly to the keychain and it’s skin like a credit card but it’s too fragile and prone to breaking. I got two of them, first one the buzzer stopped working reliably and the second one stopped powering on all together so overall I couldn’t recommend it.
with all these negative comments about Orbit products, I am not sure that I want to use my money to buy more problems.
Michael Wright mines been working just fine esp since they’ve been updating both the app and firmware to fix prior issues. Main complaint now would be that I can turn the geo fencing function on without the alarm going off if I exit the app. It has to stay on in the background
Cr20 pkg battery
Looks pretty big. The tileis much smaller.
Dory Saraf the tile is thinner but similar size otherwise.
Is not dude! Trust me is a prefect size to help u find ur keys !
piece of junk mine does not work....
Mines been working fine since I got it. You just need to keep in mind that if you open the app then close the app it will take a few minutes until the background process kicks in allowing it to function. Otherwise I haven’t had any problems with it.
Why dont you try in real life? Disliked the video
You should have described where the on"button" was... I had to rewind the frickn video several times to see where you were pushing to figure out where this hidden ON "button" was...
There’s only one button on this unit. It’s obvious when you have it in hand. It’s always on tho after inserting the battery.

a piece of junk !! it does not work..I had it all hooked up and it worked great but just after a few hours have past it seems to disconnect--when i hit the find ordit button on my phone it would do nothing --great piece of junk --no customer support --sorry i got this worthless thing
wilson davila sorry but it really does work, I’ve had had both this and the Orbit CARD and referee this to people with dozens of units whom have all worked flawlessly.
You either may not be understanding how to use this unit properly or you have a defective unit and should repost it. I’ll illustrate some issues below which may cause some confusion.
If you open the Orbit app on your device, close it, then decide to use your orbit to locate.
It will not work, to use this app effective you should either leave it open and not exit out, or leave the app open then open whatever app you need and wait roughly 5 minutes.
There is a timeout when exiting the Orbit App. When exiting it will not work at all for roughly 5 minutes. After that you can send alert to alert your device.
Also make sure that you have a good power level on your device. For batteries that means making sure your periodically check the power levels within the app and for devices like the CARD that means a regular charging schedule to make sure it’s topped off.
