Well, I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered and I don't know where to go here out of devastation.
The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

Think about this. Tesla is going to take existing production facilities, and shift them over to producing a car that is half the price of the car they are currently making in that facility. Not good for profit margins.
No that is 100% false made up speculation on your part. You are pulling 50% cost savings from nothing solid whatsoever.
The graph at 1:24 seems lable reversed. Deliveries are the flatened squiggle, and the margins are the straight down line.

Likely a wash with the added support Tesla would get from people in the middle and the right. Most people don’t care about politics when buying goods, they want the best deal for their money.

As an investor? why? You don't buy a stock for some fairytale that may happen in 5 years.. Elon has been promising robotaxis ' next year' for 10 years now. There is nothing in current FSD that indicates they are anywhere near close to having it ready for robotaxi status. Tesla is dead money for the next 12-18 months. invest in something else and come back next summer, nothing will have changed except the EV sales will have plummeted even more and you can probably get it close to $150. Opportunity cost is a real thing, no need to put your money into a stock that isn't moving for a year.

Downgrading tesla means that they are short selling.
Tesla could have one multi billion dollar project that returns no profit but you can't have three of them. That's the money that could have produced fresh product they could be selling now.
