It's already the case in Alberta. Housing Prices are already up. But people will still say even with the increase in price it is still cheaper than some other province. I just hope the Albertan government manages the influx excellenty
Really? Biba. Consider it hard. Oh, We want you guys here, ohh 😊. I love it in Alberta, but the difference in housing cost compared to Nova Scotia isn't that much, but just like you said, no matter how small, it adds up. I think it is mostly about the tax difference. And yes, it is cold, but we get shenook air that heats us up quickly. My advice is to go to a province where your skills are in demand. Totally enjoyed the video. Weldone 👍

This is exactly what a friend of mine who live there said. However, it is projected that more people will still move there in 2024.
I really hope so too. Because the influx might change everything.
@@zinnyjunscripted it might ohh- that’s exactly what happened here.

Yes ohh.
PEI is the smallest but really expensive
Because they is less space on the island
Not just Alberta, Manitoba is also that affordable with housing
Oh really I didn’t know that about Manitoba. People often ask about cost of living in the Prairies- I’ll do some research.
@@bibascanadianjourney especially in smaller or less popular cities like cities outside Winnipeg and Brandon
I have not heard of any Nigeria living in the northwest territory yokun or Nunavut is there no prospect there
@@ogechukwubest8408 🤣😂🤣 I actually know of one family in NWT. They reached out awhile ago to say hi.
