I wish all dioceses do what this Bishop is doing...the journey to Total Consecration to Mary. It's a journey to sainthood because all souls consecrated to Mary never get lost. She hides each soul under Her mantle and these souls never waver again because the Queen of souls obtains for them all the Graces necessary for thier salvation.
