I'm comparing the 2022-2023 XQC with the 2021 XQC and my god the difference is tremendous. He was actually glowing with optimism back then and you could see it in his face. Nowadays all I see is despair and this feeling like he's constantly worried about all his other shit behind the scenes even when he's having fun on stream. It's not the same anymore. I kinda wish he would take an extended vacation tbh. Take a month or two off to sort out all his bullshit in private and then return streaming without worrying about anything. Right now he's trying to address the whole legal situation behind the scenes and you can tell he doesn't really want to stream but he has to because he has already built up this expectation in his audience for him to stream daily and that the streams have to be at least 10 hours.
There was a brief period late last year when it seemed like he was getting past the adept stuff and before all the new stuff now where he seemed happy and excited to be on stream. Hopefully once he finally can put all the adept shit behind him he can start to enjoy streaming again.
What legal situaition if you dont mind asking? i'm a bit lost with what happened to him, just now that he's no longer with Adept, but did something happen to make him less focus and overall unhappy?

I know it's hard to not get parasocial when xqc livestreams his whole life but you do not know his situation. It's good you are sending love but don't get too attached/ worried you will never get to him it's his life.

@@giannistaz He had stated multiple times that he was in fact depressed and stressed out about things. It doesn’t take a parasocial andy to understand when someone needs to take a break from the internet, or take a vacation to refresh and relax themselves from the pressure of expectation. Etika kept streaming for far too much which fueled his depression more and led to him offing himself. Maybe be more mindful and trying to not point blame on people who are blatantly trying to help someone from doing something crazy.

I think he just needs to make a schedule for everything to make his life and mental state less chaotic. Shorter 7-10 hour streams and schedule them. Schedule his meals, his sleep, workouts would be great and a bit of socializing from time to time, and if possible, not with people that have a bad impact on him. I know its easier said than done and we're all dealing with shit, but lets get it this is the year bois! My streamer❣️

@@masscare23 hey no problem man :) And i really get it. I've been also going through a tough period and gotta change a lot of things for the better. It's hard, but that's how it should be. Life is not easy but getting through times like these is where the meaning lies. And for where to start, you can sit on your bed at night and really dive into yourself and ask yourself: "What am i doing wrong, that I know im doing wrong, and that i can fix?" Emphasis on 'can fix' , meaning start from small things that you know are doable. I heard this advice and many more from Dr. Jordan Peterson and I really recommend looking some of his videos up if you haven't already. With that being said, let's just keep pushing and better times will come, without a doubt :)

@@alk7797 typically, someone who is 27 and well-established mentally that goes through stuff like this is able to use it as a motivator to get better even harder. It's a manchild mindset that leads to wallowing in despair and using it as an excuse to do nothing. Depression sucks, yes, and as someone who has gone through it and grown from it, you feel a lot better when you use that pain as motivation rather than an excuse.
