If we have multiple numbers in Tiwilio, how do we get Air to use the best number to call each lead? We are getting numbers in each state that we market in and we want it to be a local number on the customers caller ID...
Also, when transferring, how do you make it so that the customers phone number shows up in the caller ID instead of the Twilio/Air number?
The process involves connecting to GoHighLevel. Whenever you receive a lead, upload it to GoHighLevel. You’ll need an automation that can identify the state from which the number originates. Following that, connect ghl with Air AI to the corresponding campaigns. If you need help connecting ghl i have a video on it. Then create one campaign for each state, and link the numbers you have for that state to its campaign. This way, every time you get a lead, the GoHighLevel automation will assign the correct campaign and call them.
For your second question I do not think that option is available yet.
when I call my number it just hangs up and give me a busy signal. Ive tried many numbers.
