Hi, thanks to your advise I bought A 2 kg roaster as you recommended, I’ve been following your videos to get to understand and to improve my rudimentary roasting knowledge/ experience on the 2kg Ushan machine which I just received, I use Artisan software and have been trying to develop my preset keys at the bottom of the screen the way you have it, any hint that can help would be greatly appreciated.
    Kind regards, Helmi

Airflow is another question, you never change it?

I always change the airflow. Depends on the profile I create for the roast. Most of the time it's right after FC to avoid a crash.

My roasts were bad very long due to too high aurflow- now I have a trafo for reduction.
How du you anticipate how much energx you need at the beginning of a roast? Mainly experience or any sign to see on Artisan?
