This is amazing. Would have loved it 10 years ago (back when the game first released and me and my friends didn't have actual adult responsabilities to take care of). Getting through the main game with friends would have been awesome. But better late than never, I honestly hope this gains traction and people enjoy it.
I'm 21 turning 22 in Oct....it just gets worse as it goes doesn't it....I feel like life peaked at like 16, already old enough to biologically have the functionality of pretty much an adult already(close enough) but young enough to not have the responsibilities yet not to mention how your perception of time speeds up aggressively after puberty
@@prestonhunt6206 I'm 33 so I'd say I'm still too young to fully say if it gets worse or better. So far, I'd say it's both. Don’t forget the part where items and npc’s/enemies in interior spaces slide to one direction for some reason. The worst part is when racks of rabbits/birds/fish are affected and get pushed across the room, creating a line of stretched texture from the origin to the (eventually) the wall opposite of it.
I think a manhunt mode would be cool. Like every player is anonymous and spawned randomly, them you try to find and assassinate them before they assassinate you.
This brings a very interesting concept to Elder Scrolls, even though it’s a mod. I think Bethesda should implement coop into their games going forward, it would be a lot of fun but wouldn’t change the dynamic of the game much making solo still feel good and classic.
I do have friends but i met them on other games like GTA online and Red Dead Online, they're not the RPG types at all so i'm not sure who i'm supposed to even play this multiplayer Skyrim with. Like, who do i even talk to about this? And my game is very heavily modded (i made it look like it came out a few years ago) so i don't know how much problems that'll create for me.
I like to imagine doing the main quest and most side quests together and everyone having a different archetype they play (rogue, warrior, mage, etc.) and then at some point they disband the party and run off to do a guild quest line related to their archetype, thieves guild for the rogue, winterhold for the mage, companions for the warrior, and then continuing on with the rest as a party

And if we have indeed met before, then a certain person with a name somewhat associated with the color red could perhaps ring a bell for you?! Now, if you have indeed just recognized me, then I would like to ask you to please refrain from directly using my real name in your reply text, because I'm trying to keep this account somewhat anonymous 🤓 If you now know who I am, then perhaps we could continue this conversation over email, or perhaps even using SMS messaging? Perhaps you would even like to test my knowledge with an appropriate riddle only someone actually present during your (or maybe even 'our'? 😉 _hint_ ) first (-ish) year at TU Delft university would be able to correctly answer? Anyhow, have a great day! And I very much hope you're the person I'm looking for! 😋👍
This mod has come a looong way. I remember when Bethesda announced they were against the mod, said they wouldn't let the mod use Steam's servers, it was a major setback. Kudos to these guys for insisting on the idea and coming up with an incredible finished product. That's why this game will outlive The Elder Scrolls 6, the community is just great.
Yeah I remember the first release day one was epic. But then they had that issue with using someone else's code so it kinda just fell apart. Those were good times playing with random though
@Steven Hunt yeah tbh im disappointed with how it’s running, I’ve encountered all the same issues you have and most are negligible some are annoying and make clearing dungeons barely work even with a small party of 3
It would be so fun to see peoples different favorite builds meshing and working off each other. I love using a one-handed sword and a shield, with a bow for backup and light Armour. I'd love to see the interaction with a heavy Armour heavy weapon and a mage and all that, all number of races. How the teamwork and pvp aspects both work like that.
I remember back in the day my friends and i talked about how awesome Skyrim would be if we could co-op. Sitting in parties talking as we explored in our own separate games. Bethesda need to make this legit!! Most likely when they release Skyrim 17 the Anniversary of the Anniversary of the Definitive Anniversary Edition..or whatever imaginative title they've not yet thought of yet.
Ok now modders need to make a map specifically for multi player but works for single player and can still continue the story of the dragonborn have the dragonborn and their friends or a totally new group of players that have their own quest
That the team managed to make this out of the notoriously fickle and buggy *Skyrim* of all games is actually incredible to me. Great, very impressive work, fellas!
I have never played skyrim before, but I am really thinking about getting it to play it with my friend and experience the story together. my friend hasnt played it either so Im really looking forward to it.
i think using a mod like alternate start would work amazing with this mod...each start in a diferent place, get together and start a party...like a DnD campaign...no Dragonborn thing, only adventures...
Or even a Hunger Games/Fornite-style mode where you vary the difficulty of the regions so that they all start out relatively the same (Skyrim might do this already itself), and then it's a race to kill each other or to beat a specific dungeon while also killing each other. So, PvP for the first example, then PvEvP for the second one Lots of possibilities
In the text box at 1:46 "I crashed guys". It's buggy but works. Modded gameplay is also enjoyable as I am running 205 mods with two buddies and it works like a dream albeit the mods themselves sometimes causing CTDs
I'd love to see a version of this where on person can act as a GM (game master) so you could create whole new stories in the world by role-playing with friends. The GM could set up encounters, possess NPCs and speak for them, spawn special rewards. Oh and if the whole thing could be done in VR, that would be even better.
I’ve played this with my friends and so far so good with exceptions to a few bugs. Skyrim together reborn will honestly be one of the best mods to bless my launcher.
It would be cool if multiplayer worked like minecraft, in that you invite players to your "world". That way you don't get weird bugs with people who have and haven't completed the same quest. All the progress would be contained in one player's game world.
This looks real fun my issue is when I was hoping for this it was me and 3 friends so the idea was we would split up and do the 4 major factions and meet up for the main questline then decide if we were going to do other quests together or separate and split loot and titles so we're different characters like I wouldn't be recognized as the arcmage my friend would
this is the only game my wife and I both like. she's gonna be so happy now that we have a game we can play together! and bravo for getting a video out within a few hours of the mod being released! If they do this to fo4... its game fkn over, man! game over!
That moment you forget to uninstall that one XXX mod, then your friend teases you about it, but then you both realize that mods are only synced if you both have the XXX mod so now there's an awkward silence
This seems amazing! Unfortunately I’m on PlayStation so I don’t think I’ll be able to try this out anytime soon, but still massive props to these modders.
Either way I would highly recommend detaching from this world at this point to follow Jesus anyway. The world is rapidly heading towards damnation and destruction. Also belief in Messiah alone is not enough to get you into heaven - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36). Contemplate how the Roman empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years to accomplish the religion of the Israelites C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate though because you can start a relationship with God and have proof. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life. - Revelation 3:20 Revelation has been unfolding since Jesus died. The Popes have claimed to be equal to God and set themselves in Jesus' place (antichrist(s)). Vatican City (Which is its own nation BTW) have risen up to fulfill the role of the false prophet Regarding the man of lawlessness or antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 says “Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” The restrainer that the Apostle Paul was referring to in 2 Thessalonians was the Western Roman Emperor, who held back the Popes from taking power. Once the last Western Roman Emperor was removed from power in 476 AD, the Pope was given civil and ecclesiastic authority over Rome; healing the deadly head wound of the beast in Revelation 13, as they took the Emperors title of Pontifex Maximus, leader of the church and state. “We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Gregory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.) Pope Pius V blasphemed, “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.) Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.” (Source: Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter, June 20, 1894) The antichrist sea beast of Revelation points to the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, who controlled the Roman beast for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. Daniel 7:25 says “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” The Popes of Rome spoke against Elohim and proclaimed to be God. They reigned for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. during which they caused tens of millions of saints to be killed. The Pope’s title is Vicar of Christ, which in Latin is ‘Vicarius Filii Dei’, and equates numerically to the number 666
I don’t remember what engine thing it was, but I played multiplayer Skyrim like a year or two ago, but it was so annoyingly buggy, my teammates main quest would progress, but mine wouldn’t at some certain point in the quest
If I told 18 year old me that Skyrim would have a mod that adds multiplayer, I genuinely think his head would explode. This mod is ground breaking, I honestly feel like it's not real. My wife and I played Skyrim side by side for years, now I need to build her a PC so we can play together and make our teenage selves happy.
Get some friends, split into 2 teams, each team picks their own city, and the goal is to kill all the NPCs in the other team’s city. Everyone starts new and when you die you die, or at least have to make a new char.
Can you START the game together? Like if I were to do "alternate start mod" with my friends, could we all connect, create our characters, and then start from a beginning we all agreed on? Or even if we do vanilla, could we start in Helgen? What's the right way?

Actually, Hamachi is more "secure" than port forwarding, since it's literally a "private" network as the name implies - you basically have to give out your real IP for port forwarding, for Hamachi you only have to give out your private IP. Obviously port forwarding is more convienent since not everybody is going to want to install Hamachi etc.
finally fully functioning multiplayer skyrim. I remember someone tried this years ago, and while you could get into the same game, youd be stuck with a generic prop like figure that floated around.
This seems to have the same type of issues as the Elden Ring seamless multiplayer mod. It kinda starts to make sense as to why the developers don't promise these types of multiplayer modes, because figuring out how to sync things smoothly so that these bugs wouldn't show up for everyone is just not easy and requires a lot of extra development. Still this is quite impressive.
I can just imagine now getting one of my mates to play it and then get mods to compliment Magic and other aspects of the game and we can actually be a certain class style so much potential
The future of this mod is bright. Imagine other mod creators making mmo esque mods. Classes, aggro, jobs. I know a lot of those exist already, but having multiplayer in mind would be insane
@Steven Hunt The thing is, even when TES6 comes out it wont be playable for years, even vanilla version of it, just like any other bethesda game after release. I doubt bethesda would implement multiplayer, I doubt that it will take less then year or two to get the game patched by community and few more years for modders to add their huge story/quest/item packs. So in a long run, if these guys keep on modding they have like 4-5+years after the release of tes6 to thrive.
If they actually get this multiplayer for fallout 4 ima actually go crazy, I was searching for a mutliplayer mod for fallout 4 and recently found out the one for fallout that was being worked on got discontinued, so I'm really looking forward to see if they manage to do it
The mod should completely change v.a.t.s though. One of the most fun build is v.a.t.s and blitz melee sneak and it wouldn´t work at all with the current v.a.t.s. The fallout 76 style real time thing could work.
I tried this mod with a friend and it was quite buggy and nearly nothing seemed to sync correctly. Items not syncing, NPCs not syncing, animations not syncing... But then others are saying it worked perfectly for them? Odd
Bethesda should be paying these modders for doing their "Should be top on their priority list" job, truly giving this game what it required to have since a long time
This is literally how fallout 76 should have been tbh; basically your standard fallout game with quests and an actual storyline, but then you can have like 3 friends join co-op to basically serve as companions to help in combat and quests.
I haven't played Skyrim in over 10 years, I bought the Special Editions etc. juust cause I think its worth more than the original price. This makes me want to go back and play it with friends now. Amazing work. They need to be hired by Bethesda and release an official Skyrim Together Version of Skyrim.
This and Seamless Coop mod for Elden Ring just shows how much people would love this kind of stuff. I very much hope that they consider implementing something like this into Elder Scrolls 6 instead of being lucky enough to have such a dedicated fanbase to do it for them. Of course I would hope it is done better than Fallout 76 also

Last one is 100% fine, especially for female characters. *cough*
Don’t forget the part where items and npc’s/enemies in interior spaces slide to one direction for some reason.
The worst part is when racks of rabbits/birds/fish are affected and get pushed across the room, creating a line of stretched texture from the origin to the (eventually) the wall opposite of it.

This brings a very interesting concept to Elder Scrolls, even though it’s a mod. I think Bethesda should implement coop into their games going forward, it would be a lot of fun but wouldn’t change the dynamic of the game much making solo still feel good and classic.

Like, who do i even talk to about this? And my game is very heavily modded (i made it look like it came out a few years ago) so i don't know how much problems that'll create for me.
Hey let's play together ;)
I like to imagine doing the main quest and most side quests together and everyone having a different archetype they play (rogue, warrior, mage, etc.) and then at some point they disband the party and run off to do a guild quest line related to their archetype, thieves guild for the rogue, winterhold for the mage, companions for the warrior, and then continuing on with the rest as a party
That's exactly what my girlfriend, brother, and I am doing and it works pretty good.
@Tinky Winky It will work as long as no one else tries to do those quests.

And if I guessed correct, and by some infinitesimally small miraculous chance you actually did study at TU Delft, then I would like to ask you specifically which study you completed?
Because, if you studied the subject I think you did, then there is a really large chance we've met before on campus many years ago, Thomas! And if we have indeed met before, then a certain person with a name somewhat associated with the color red could perhaps ring a bell for you?!
Now, if you have indeed just recognized me, then I would like to ask you to please refrain from directly using my real name in your reply text, because I'm trying to keep this account somewhat anonymous 🤓
If you now know who I am, then perhaps we could continue this conversation over email, or perhaps even using SMS messaging? (Both my email and mobile phone number haven't changed since we last met, and I still don't have WhatsApp, or telegram, etc.)
And if the previous hasn't rung any bells for you, and you still can't quite think of my name just yet, but you are intrigued and you would like some more information, or perhaps even another hint or two to aid with your recollection, then please feel free to ask away!
Perhaps you would even like to test my knowledge with an appropriate riddle only someone actually present during your (or maybe even 'our'? 😉 _hint_ ) first (-ish) year at TU Delft university would be able to correctly answer?

This mod has come a looong way. I remember when Bethesda announced they were against the mod, said they wouldn't let the mod use Steam's servers, it was a major setback. Kudos to these guys for insisting on the idea and coming up with an incredible finished product. That's why this game will outlive The Elder Scrolls 6, the community is just great.
Yeah I remember the first release day one was epic. But then they had that issue with using someone else's code so it kinda just fell apart. Those were good times playing with random though

Yes. I'm not against multiplayer, I'm against games being unmoddable.
If this team gets right onto working on Starfield together we might be able to play it before the 30's. Now that's something to imagine!
Without the together team we’d probably get this in the 50s. Wow!
Referring to the upcoming decade as the "30's" makes me feel old AF for some reason... By then I'll be 37.... 😔
Or Zenimax makes Starfield Online on their own.
Thankfully multi-player is built into the new engine so it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

i think using a mod like alternate start would work amazing with this mod...each start in a diferent place, get together and start a party...like a DnD campaign...no Dragonborn thing, only adventures...
works!
Or even a Hunger Games/Fornite-style mode where you vary the difficulty of the regions so that they all start out relatively the same (Skyrim might do this already itself), and then it's a race to kill each other or to beat a specific dungeon while also killing each other.

- Revelation 3:20
Revelation has been unfolding since Jesus died. The Popes have claimed to be equal to God and set themselves in Jesus' place (antichrist(s)). Vatican City (Which is its own nation BTW) have risen up to fulfill the role of the false prophet
Regarding the man of lawlessness or antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 says “Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” The restrainer that the Apostle Paul was referring to in 2 Thessalonians was the Western Roman Emperor, who held back the Popes from taking power.
For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Gregory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.)
Pope Pius V blasphemed, “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.)
Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.” (Source: Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter, June 20, 1894)
The antichrist sea beast of Revelation points to the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, who controlled the Roman beast for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD.

In terms of combat, do they scale the enemies at all? For instance, I feel even on the hardest difficulty enemies are easily dispatched.
They don’t, and recommend you either set the difficulty to Legendary or install a difficulty mod.
It will be much easier for devs since they have source code and resources
I can just imagine now getting one of my mates to play it and then get mods to compliment Magic and other aspects of the game and we can actually be a certain class style so much potential
I wonder if people will end up hosting public servers for this. Is there a player limit?

My daughter loves this game and it would be a huge surprise
