Yes! I have term and whole.
Why did the grandpa leave the money to just the granddaughter and not any of his children?? Some untold stories here..
Hell yeah, they messed up the defendants whole thinking and logic. Gotta be more to it and why he left that money with her
I'm sure they had a close relationship and thought she would bury him.
@@toya1374 Well sweet, precious granddaughter obviously felt some other kind of way cause bitch took that money and got "ghost"😂

There were plenty of clues that something was off! For instance I'm glad so many people realized we were dressed exactly alike! Just food for thought! But I do love all of the savagery! Ya'll remember that time when Young Joc was on court show???
The defendant is lame. Sorry. You take all the money and every asset from the estate, say he wasn't YOUR father so why should you pay for a funeral? Just tacky, and greedy. Illinois laws aren't playing with greed over there..that's for sure😬.
That was sickening listening to her explanation 🤦🏾♀️ so glad she lost.

@Custer55crip you sound evil and very hateful tbh your moral compass is way off. Parents shouldn't put their responsibilities on their children. She may be an adult but that's still her child like tf

Sad how life insurance, trusts, and wills bring out the worst in folks. The defendant still doing recovery from PTSD. Sometimes arguments and toxicity goes well over the death. Don't even make me beneficiary, I'd rather walk away with my FREE peace. Just me
Why wouldn't you want to make sure he's buried.
That granddaughter is extremely selfish.
Extremely!
Judge Mathis Granddaughter is adorable, now we know who the real judge is ❤
The daughter needs to sue the mother boyfriend
My girl back there looking good. Make up on point. She's always in the audience lol.
Stay safe out there y’all
I feel bad for the childhood the defendant experienced, but DAMN, the funeral expenses of a dead person should be covered by their estate unless they had a legal document indicating otherwise. Even if the law didn't say that, morally, that is the right thing to do. Damn.
I did the right thing before this case so no worries. Entertainment purposes, let's not forget that! But yes it is unfortunate that so many families suffer due to this exact predicament.
@@babydmurrelli You did everything but pay for his funeral? That's trifling.
@@neisci keep your panties on! Of course I paid for his funeral! I'm not a monster. He's the inks person that taught me if you don't pay any bills, make sure the mortgage is always paid! This is a pitiful generation. How the hell could you not wanna pay for his funeral services. When he left the money for you. Wow this is beyond sad. A disgrace.w
I'm happy your relationship with your mom is getting better cousin. So sad to hear how you grew up 😢
It's all good cousin. We fine! I'm glad my case got dismissed. She would have been awarded less. I wasn't tryna have that. I swear I"m loving this shit!!! I think I should take the case even further and maybe write a book. Everyone thinks the defendant is the monster when it's the complete opposite. She is a disgusting human being! Smh he left you money and you wouldn't pay for his funeral wow
she’s in the comments admitting this was a lie. She said she’s an actress.
I do not understand why you wouldn't at least pay a portion, if not all for the person who left the money to you. And I'm sure if he knew she would be that way, he wouldn't have left it to her.
Actually he left it to her because the mother stole 30k from him...just saying
But I am enjoying all the comments! I find it so fascinating when people are so quick to judge when they don't get the full story. It's very interesting!
Out of respect for the person who loved her enough to leave her ALL the money, she should kick in something. And everyone here is allowed to have an opinion
@LaToya S you are absolutely right. Everyone can have an opinion but people need to realize that they only getting half of the story. For instance, my mom stole 30k from him when he was alive. But I'm the monster! She owed me money for all the money she took from me! People are so quick to judge without hearing the full story. There's so much more to this but like you said, everyone will have an opinion. I didn't want to pay her because she owed him!!! But one another note, please know that this is purely for entertainment purposes only. And I'm not the monster everyone thinks. I did pay for his funeral, had him cremated, and will bury his ashes with his mother in his hometown. I'm honoring my grandfather's wishes, and one of them was NOT to give my mother or other siblings A DIME! Period!!!
@Baby D Murrelli You're very animated and my opinion is still the same. While I sympathize with your situation or at least how you see it, I feel that honoring HIM has nothing to do with her or what she did. There are ways to pay the expenses if she has a detailed receipt for instance. I also stand on my opinion that the REASON you gave, that his children should be responsible for burying him, was not a good reason because if he raised you, in a sense you are a child of his. One last point, is that we can only go by what we saw in the episode and I do not know you. It's ok that people don't agree with you, if your conscious is clear, peace be unto you. And I don't mean that sarcastically, I mean it from the heart.
Well ok outsider looking in Cherita was still angry at her Mom.
This may sound crazy but I think this may have been an opportunity for some get back at her Mom. When she said, THAT’S HER FATHER….

He was cremated. Per his wishes. The ashes will be buried in his home town with his mother.
8:45 chasing somebody with a booger is downright nasty..hilarious but nasty
I get it, she wanted her mom to suffer for what she put her through as a child. Despite her abusive past she should have honored her grandfather enough to reimburse her mother for the funeral expenses. She’s still hurting but that shouldn’t compromise integrity.
Oh yes mom had to close her CDs out .. what horrible suffering 🙄😂😂
wow the defendant is sorry. Really you wouldn’t help pay for the funeral how disgusting
Between us, of course I did. My grandfather was the most important person in the world. I honored his will and last testament to a t! And it was way more than 5k. He got cremated and is waiting for fertile ground to be buried in his hometown! Sorry to disappoint but I am not the monster here!

Mother and daughter went through the horrible abuse
The fact she got chased around with a booger as a grown woman is hilarious 😂😂😂
Just last year, a close family member was in an abusive relationship. Her abuser did have ties with the police and sheriff's. As well as judges and courts. He manipulated her mind so much that she didn't feel she could press charges on him. And when she did retaliate back, she was looked at as the aggressive one. He also hid his drug abuse from his counterparts. She moved, and he'd find her and have other police officers knocking at her door. (Which they had no right) It took for him passing away my family escaped. Stockholm syndrome is real. 😢

@@serotonin11 I remember now. Her cousin was in the comments telling her that she’s sorry about her relationship with her mom. So I guess she is telling part of the truth. She was just bragging on how she got paid to be on the show.
@@Proverbspsalms honestly, looked to me like she was defending herself. I mean, to have so many thinking you're terrible for not paying, you'd have to be paid well or just really need the money. You love your mom and she has tried to make things up to but you also just requested $3,000 for pain and suffering from childhood in addition to her having to empty out accounts to pay for the funeral. Even though, through your mom’s dysfunctional relationship, she tried to look out for you by sending you away and fighting the man that abused you. He ain’t your dad so your not responsible and can give a rats behind if he’s properly laid to rest (get somebody else to do it), but you have zero problems spending the money he left for you (even though he’s not your dad). Family can be the absolute worst and it’s normally over a few measly thousand dollars.

Women make all kinds of excuses for blaming a man while staying in a abusive relationship just because they’re afraid to be single. 🤣
Very Weird and Ignorant comment. Here is some education for you.
Stockholm syndrome is a coping mechanism to a captive or abusive situation. People develop positive feelings toward their captors or abusers over time. This condition applies to situations including child abuse, coach-athlete abuse, relationship abuse and s*x trafficking.
Uneducated comment. A psychological element exist between the abuser and victim. That might be too complex for you to understand.
