Yes, and atleast she was not stubborn to not considerate about win - win for all. She was thoughtful enough that she remembered how her time was and how her wishes were at that time. It's just that she was talking her thoughts out loud because she was comfortable with her daughter. All parents have dreams like children's, their relationship is beautiful. Considering every aspect, even the daughter.

I sense that groom KNEW that he had to stick up against the mums' opinions. Otherwise, the couple could have eloped, and then divorced the mums. Apparently this is a culture where the groom is praised for letting the bride choose her own wedding dress. And to date, one in which the mother in law is often shamelessly selfish and dominating. I love the fabrics but the show is more about the people with a paltry three outfits per show.

You don’t need to be Hindu or Shiek to be wear Lehenga in ur wedding. Muslims, Bhuddist, even Christian wear Lehenga, Saree, Kameez in thier wedding in Indian subcontinent. Its depends on the what region they r from to wear Lehenga/Saree/Kameez.

Everyone was sweet in this one. Mom remembered her own wedding and how she rebelled a bit and so came around to her daughter's point of view. Her outfit was lovely (my favorite colors) and everyone seemed happy with the final selection.

I absolutely LOVE this bridal outfit. I would love to see more brides who choose "unconventional" colors and styles on Nazraana Diaries! There is so much of red, pink, and cream which are all very pretty, but these different are so fun to see too! Would also love to see episodes where brides look at saree options
