Anton Karas (July 7, 1906, January 10, 1985) was a Viennese musician, specializing in the zither, known worldwide for having composed the soundtrack for the film The Third Man (The Third Man) directed by Carol Reed in 1949 .

Las improvisaciones de destacados jazzistas suelen ser a menudo bastante aburridas y a veces tan malas que uno solo desea que acabe la improvisación y el músico vuelva al tema principal. Las improvisaciones de Naudo son tan buenas que yo las llamaría Variaciones cuya reminiscencias nos llevaría por su interés al mismisimo Mozart. En el Tercer Hombre Naudo aporta, crea y supera al original en cambios rítmicos y melodía inventando un cuadro atmosférico donde las siniestras calles de Berlín se armonizan con las playas tropicales de las Islas Canarias y culminan en un toque de humor.Gracias Naudo.

As far as I know this song was part of the soundtrack to the german (or austrian ?) Movie "Der Dritte Mann" - "The third man" released in 1949.
In the US this song was also called "Harry Lime Theme". Hope that helps answering your question.
