This is honestly the only less strict sub you’ll ever need. I haven’t gotten results yet but the benefits are amazing! I’m almost 19 yes, my parents treating me like a child!!! Yet no privacy. 3. i'm a _very_ picky eater. if i don't like the food, my mom will get mad. my dad gets even madder. he will scream at me to eat my food or else i won't leave. i also eat a little bit, which is why im so underweight (im so skinny, the doctor said that only 10% of people my age have the same weight as me), and i can't help it. i never have an appetite.
4. my parents think that im lazy. my school is long, and on top of that, i have an after school program (district jazz band), piano lessons, and singing lessons. so when i get home and use my phone or computer, my parents will tell me to do my homework, or do online math programs. i just need a fucking break!
5. if i get anything under 90% on ANYTHING (homework, quizzes, tests, etc) they will make me redo it, even though teachers require you to redo something when it's 70% or under.
6. my parents just don't understand that i have sleeping problems. they get mad at me when i don't sleep at 9:00 (which is very unreasonable..). it takes hours for me to sleep.
7. when someone going somewhere, we're going all together. it doesn't matter if i have loads of homework to do. we're _all_ going.
edit: wow i just randomly found this comment i totally forgot i posted this. anyways jts been like a year and my life has gotten so much better! when my grades go down my mom doesnt get mad, she doesnt even yell. she just encourages me that i can do better. she understands that it takes hours for me to fall asleep (it’s gotten better now, though!) basically my mom has become less strict. my picky eating also has gotten better, and i usually finish my food. im still underweight but im really close to a healthy weight!! i also quit a lot of extracurricular activites and my mental health has gotten so much better. whoever is reading this, i promise you life gets better, it may be hard now but in the future you’ll be in a much better place :)

my mom said that we're family so my mom needs to know my privacy. ofc i said "i need privacy too" then she said "you are still kids! we still need to know your privacy" ugh. but that was like a couple months ago? i was really stressed back then but now i think i'm much better. btw i use this for going out with my friends at 12th august but it was so difficult to ask permission to my parents bcs of the current situation was not that good. but i have hope so i listen to this, hope it works! >.

Something that most parents really don't understand these days is that sometimes our phones are the only we can be completely happy because through social media, we can meet people who understand our struggles. We can watch stuff that just makes us overall happier, more confident. Especially now, it's the easiest way to talk to friends. But OF COURSE, the solution to the world's problems is to take that stuff away. When it comes to my parents as well, they give these types of restrictions to me and my sibling but they don't follow those rules themselves.
IKR I use my phone when I’m feeling down and I just watch BTS stuff and they make me smile but no my parents take my phone and forbid me from listening to bts or anything about them sometimes I feel like there enjoyment is to see us suffer
it’s not even that we need social media it’s that we need a distraction from everything. they take away our only distraction thinking it’s the cause of all our problems and nothing to do with the way they are towards us

Update: Ok so I do know that I did quit subliminals a while ago. I do not remember if I did get ungrounded, but a few months later, I got a new gaming rig, which I was very happy because my original PC was very low-end. However, my parents are still kind of strict, but I guess that's how life goes. Just wait until something good happens.

So... a few days ago my friend asked me if we could hang out together and I asked my mom, she said yes, but I didn't tell her that we were gonna hang out at my friend's house 'cause I knew that she wouldn't let me since she's so strict. So... the day before we had to see each other I listened to this subliminal a few times. Then, the next day (the day we had to see each other) I wrote my mom a letter in which I told her where we would actually go 'cause I was so so scared to tell her in person since she wouldn't probably let me hang out with her after that, and I actually thought that she would get really mad and argue with me, scream and stuff... but... nope. The only thing she did was to talk to my friend and after that she just asked a few questions on a tone so calm... I thought I was dreaming. She never ever spoke that calm before so I was shocked. This subliminal works like magic, it's amazing 💜
