@@ReallyStudying100my hey thank you! I only listen to this sub when I study like deep focus so that it makes an association in my brain where this music = deep focus. And I don't cram EVER. On school days I'd spend time with friends, maybe do little work. I only really study on the weekends and put this sound on the whole day to keep my brain focused. Scientifically, when you listen to a same sound for long enough, you brain can block out distractions so think of this sound as a motivation to study, have faith and rmb this is no magic if you don't study.

- I studied everyday for 6 hours ( with 15 min break after every 2 hours) and the amt of hours depended upon the no. Of days left like 2 days left so 8 hours a day and if 4 left then 6 hours a day
- I used to study hardcore at night for abt 4 -5 hours from 11:30 pm (when my parents slept) till 4:30 am, then I slept at 5 after scrolling some yt reels and wd wake up for school at 6:15 or if it's a prep leave then till 7:30
- at night I used to listen to subliminals which I'll tell u I the next comment
- the day before exam I used to study in a locked room for 3 hours straight and 30 min break, I used to read, highlight stuff for revision right before exam and rattafy stuff which were just theory
- I used to study the whole night before exam and u can skip this as I usually sleep for sometime in my bus and after exam to I don't get sleep and no dark circles either and I like to study in night cuz it makes my confidence go overboard
- I revise in my bus along with my junior students like usually teaching them everything I remember and if not then teaching everything to an imaginary friend

my science exam was a few days ago and I’m not feeling too confident about that though, all my assignments have been 75 and above though
for English, my last project got 82% but the teacher still needs to mark my essay and my notebook

I usually listen in the background of my online classes and while I'm doing work, so maybe 4 or 5 hours each day? I put the sound at 2% if that's a factor
I did study, but not a lot. Maybe a few minutes before the test? But of course you still need to study until you feel prepared, my teachers also sent a ton of homework so I didn't need to study as hard
Near the beginning I listened to other subs too, but right now this is the only one I'm using
