Enjoying your vids recently. I think boot sales are the place to go for retro games mate. The likes of eBay etc is getting silly it is a shame people don’t take a small profit and pass the bargain to someone else if they have bought it cheap at a boot sale. Some don’t even do any sort of deal if buying multiple games from them 🤣
Thanks mate! Yeah I love the boot sales there’s always a bargain to be found! But yeah you get a lot of stalls that are trying to to sell at shop prices :(
I get the same when I'm excited and end up spending too much. I often ask to buy the whole box or whole bag without even looking at everything inside lol
Wrong disc in the wii sport resort mate. That was the double pack disc you put in. Wii Sports and resort. But you probably know by now. I've got to pop out ,so watch end when back. But gba nice.👍
That’s a great GBA find, check the model number, if it has AGS-101 it has an improved screen and is worth lots more. That nice GBA bag is worth like £20 as well, don’t know if you got it but it’s always worth picking up official carry cases
Thanks mate unfortunately it’s just the ags-001. Oh you’re joking I didn’t know the bag was worth anything I actually sold it at a bootsale over the weekend for £2 I think 😂😂
I hate it when they ask what you want to pay. When they do that I go ridiculously low but yeah I get caught up in the moment as well sometimes I'll walk to the end of the row just to cool off 😅
Yeah mate it’s hard to figure out exactly how much they want. I think they say it expecting you to say £40 etc I was happy with the deal we struck though 👍🏻🕹
Wow talk about being put on the spot on that first Stall! 😅 That ps2 game big mutha truckers does not trade in for anything but I picked it up Sunday funny enough as Ally retro hunter recommended it to me off the back of playing 18 wheeler. It’s a funny naughty game .
Good purchases mate esp the GBA SP, that wii sports disc in the resort case is the double pack version so I don't think cex will take it? I don't like sellers who don't price things up properly and just say make an offer like the first seller.
Loving your videos mate. I get exactly the same when under pressure and I also hate it when they ask you to name a price!!! I will say hello next time I see you at Dunton or Sadlers :-)
I have just bought myself a Shoulder strap for filming at the car boot but it didn't turn out right for some reason do i need to wear it in a different place?
Hmm hard to say without seeing where you have it? Although it’s attached to the shoulder strap of my backpack it’s more inline with my chest than my shoulder, hopefully that makes sense?
Hi Mitch, when you look at the CeX credit, do you ignore what you paid? So for example the game you got for 50p CeX give £1.50, so you just look at that at triple back, or do you ideally try to find it trade in taking off your spent money, so that would have only been £1.00 made ?
@@retro_rummage_ thank you mate, I’ve just started out on my own, not doing UA-cam, but think I’m not making enough, but guess I am, for example got Dark Souls III on the PS4 for £3 and the voucher is £10 so that’s the way to do it? Not look at it like it’s only £7 back
Nice mate! What’s your channel? Yeah the way I look at it is I spend £30-£40 a week at the boot sales if I can turn that into £100-£140 CEX voucher I’m happy. It’s basically a hobby that costs me £40 a week (sometimes more 😅)
@@retro_rummage_ great stuff, no channel as i dont think i have the face/voice and presenting skills and time to do youtube plus i dont get out to Car Boots loads, wife is due again lol,. i messaged you on Insta a while back on some advice then started to do a bit more since then. I want to try and find some flips to sell for cash to then build up a fund to use for games and CeX so then not out my own pocket! Still keep up the great work, your vids really have got me into this and starting out my own CeX voucher fund LOL
Hi there , just curious you only buy and trade in games at CEX just so that you can buy more games? you dont do this to turn it into a profit and business. ?? No judgement just was trying to see what you do this for as it will kinda give me more insight as to how I can learn from your videos as I do this for profit
Hi mate, yeah I only do it to build my gaming collection but if I wanted to spend the time and effort I could easily list most of what I buy on eBay and sell it but I just like a quick turn around. Hopefully you can get an idea of what gaming stuff is worth for you to pick up 👍🏻🕹
I think you could have got the lot for £20 had you shot the number out early. I like the short vids but I think (if you have enough footage) you should do 1 longer one per week at weekend maybe Sunday
You didn’t miss much on that stall Mitch the ps1 games you done the right thing nobody likes bubsy the bobcat other than me lol. And the Harry Potter game is worth nothing mate I have one you can have it trades zero .
@@retro_rummage_ Around 20 is fair for everyone, tend to go around 30+ as spares and it's a gamble anyway. 5 pound is honestly a bit greedy since there's a chance it would work. He was only asking 10 after all.
Been watching since you started, my favourite UA-camr at this moment in time, love how humble and honest you are
Thank you mate I really appreciate that! 👍🏻🕹
So hard when they don’t have a price in mind wether you’ll low ball them or go way over what they expect.
Difficult situation handled very well!
I like multiple short videos throughout the week, rather than one long video.

Burnout Revenge on the 360 at 9:13 is worth £5. Love that Gameboy pickup, nice one! Zelda: Link To The Past on GBA is also a great chill game.
Oh no is it really? I swear I leave that all the time 😂 i’ll have to look out for it moving forward !! 👍🏻🕹
'I don't do Platinum!' - another logo for the T-Shirts mate! 🤣🤣
Hahah I need to get these t shirts made!
'You tell me' such an awkward question, did well there, and £5 for an advance... nice pick up 🤘
Yeah mate it’s a tough one for sure! Thank you 👍🏻🕹
did i hear right that he wanted £5 each for the loose ds games but took a fiver for the gameboy? 😂😂
I get the same when I'm excited and end up spending too much. I often ask to buy the whole box or whole bag without even looking at everything inside lol
Ha! Same, no time at the cat boot I go to so if cheap enough just buy the lot.
Haha I think I’m too tight for that. If anything I over think it! 👍🏻🕹

Your asking for a bundle deal he likely has an individual price for each game
@@degenerate703 I don't think he knew what to charge to be honest 😅
@@LiamPlaysHandheld fair enough probably just got them from a friend then I’d of had a round about prices on each of them if it was me.

In this video, when you picked up the GBA console. In the little draw string was full of gba games. I picked them up after you left.
Oh you’re joking! 😂 I thought it was a bag of air fresheners lol any good games? How much you pay?
@retro_rummage_ yes, super Mario 3, sonic advance 2 and a few more good games. About 7 in total the rest of the bag was usual stuff.
Nice! How much? 😅😅
@@retro_rummage_ I paid £10 for the 7 games
Great pick ups mate think you did well all round with what you paid I would keep video the same length
Thanks mate i’ll keep that in mind ! 👍🏻🕹
Lovely find on the GBA, found one last week for 2 quids!
Thank you mate! Nice one. Hoping I can get an ags-101 one day! 👍🏻🕹
I would like the longer videos personally.
Thank you i’ll bear that in mind 👍🏻🕹
Could be wrong but think the disk in wii sports resort it the double disk not the standard wio sports resort
Nah you’re right mate! I still need to search for the right disc 😂

Yea sellers that say "make me an offer" are annoying. I cant be the buyer AND the seller lol
Thanks mate! Yeah it can be frustrating. Glad I struck a deal with him though 👍🏻🕹
Just subscribed after recommending From toms tat .enjoyed it .still learning so all good advice here

Crazy Taxi - SEGA Dreamcast!!!
I don’t have a Dreamcast! I’ll have to make do with GameCube/PS2 👍🏻🕹
awesome videos mate maybe the psp yu gi oh game maybe been a good flip to buy.
Yeah mate it didn’t have the game in it though unfortunately I must have edited it out where I check 👍🏻🕹
When you started revealing 3 copies of psp football manager i thought this guy might not be too naive with prices 😅
HahHa he knew how to manage a deal 😂😂
Do CEX do trade-ins for trainers, Mitch?! Loving the regular uploads!
I’d have a better pair if they did 😂 thanks mate 👍🏻🕹
