The decimal value of 000D is 13
The decimal value of 001C is 28
Following is the proceedure to convert hexadecimal to decimal numbers.
Multiply each given digit in the hexadecimal number with the corresponding power of 16 (starting from the rightmost digit multiplied by 160).
Finally add up the products to get the decimal value.
