I took my new Hydros Pro out for the first time this weekend. Every detail was well thought out and it was a pleasure to dive in!

I love my HydrosPro. Great fir travel, more minimalist with an Air2 , Teric w/ AI. All my gear except fins fits in a carry-on BC bag, and my primary hose on the A700 w/ Mk 25, is slightly longer with flexi hose and all gear colour-coordinated. ScubaPro rashguard is 80 SPF, shorts are comfy and no wet suit required for my tropical, semi-tropical destinations. I love this gear.

This BCD hit the Australian market at couple of months ago. It's really popular with the divers in our club. It's great to wear with a 7mm suit or to strip off the weight system for travelling to the Pacific dive spots on our doorstep. Sure it's up there in price with other top BCs but it is way cheaper than owning two BCs. It is also one of the few BCDs great for small frame divers, both men and women.

There is a reason why it sells out so fast. It's an all around great BCD. Instead of complaining without even knowing what you're complaining about test one at you LDS.

My hydro pro strap has snapped not done 100 dives with it yet ... anyone else had this problem? I’ve never had a nylon strap break on me are these covered by Scubapro.

Yup. I travel several times a year. Also, you can replace various components of the BCD individually, if needed.

i agree very much - almost as horrible as brands that have red or yellow in their logos - imagine those logos on a black or gray item

I am not pushing the blatant logo advertising, I don’t accept it for clothing. That being said, I still like the brand.

uhmmmmmmmmm am i the only one who thinks this is just an expensive plastic version of an already existing bc system...... back plate, wing, harness bc.

Wrong. Have had many BCDs over my 52 years of diving. The shoulder harnesses, the minimal drag, the tension to keep the bags from dragging, my Air2, the 4 air dumps, the easy tank clip, the great weight pockets, the ease of outting on & off, the quick dry issues, the BCD back pack that carries all your gear, except fins for carry-on size, the various clips for torches etc. This is clearly, the best BCD on the market today.
