1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp heaped crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp heaped chat masala
1 tsp mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp heaped cumin powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup cheese
coriander leaves
FOR DOUGH:
2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup ghee or oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
