I saw incubus for the first time when i was 14. Im now 42 lol. They opened for sugar ray who opened for 311 aot the Oniel theater in CT. Someone spit on Mark from sugar ray and he stoped to say nice shot! Great night but sence it was my first concert onvibus ran away with my heart and they will forever be a part of my life.
Brandon is fighting a struggle but his life lies within the "belly of fait" or The Beast. All of his lyrics are about his Pagan experiences. I personally think that this is a great song and a great pick for a single off what could be described as a very laid back, etherial release. It's refreshing to hear something so organic from such a successful rock figure! I love the opening of the song. "Presently, the future is in the middle of a love triangle." The sound of the acoustic guitar along with the percussion has the most earthy and simplistic feeling to it. Heading to the beach soon and I know I'll be bringing along this album.
