Port Sunlight, A Victorian Model Village | Peaky Blinders Filming Location

Port Sunlight is the finest surviving example of Victorian model village, founded by William Hesketh Lever in 1888. Lever built Port Sunlight to house the workers at his soap factory. The village was designed by more than 30 different architects in different British architectural styles. Port Sunlight has remained largely intact and home to over 900 Grade II listed buildings. This beautiful Victorian village is one of the filming locations for Peaky Blinders and worth a visit.
