Just a lil tip. Keep your flax, chia and hemp seeds in the fridge. It will help them stay fresh longer and keep their potency.
yah...I live in SW FL and buy my organic flaxseeds at WalMart and grind them as needed but I store them i fridge.
I had no clue that I should store them in the fridge! I bought them packaged and don’t think it had that anywhere on it. Thanks so much for the tip! Going to do that going forward

You and your hubby crack me up. 😂 That is my non-plant-based husband too. He LOVES LOVES your broccoli cheese soup. I can never anticipate what he will like but it’s all good though. It’s also spiritual for me that apparently you are near me given your locations in VA. We all coexist together… keep doing your thing and being led. 🙏🏾
Prior to watching I planned on making Curry too..Cauliflower & potato..if cheese needs more acidity eat it with the olives..might work...ENJOY VACATION!😊

I will need to look for the plant-base cheese. I love cheese. Love your cooking. I wish I could eat sweet potatoes other ways other than with sugar.

I just love your vibe, my husband is the same way he will eat vegan food that I cook but he is not going to give it up completely. I will keep working on him, he eats organic and grass fed meats and have seen some changes in his health though. Much love!
Maybe chop the babybel with the olives, let the flavors mingle and marry. That may be a yummy combo.

My daughter has many food allergies including egg and cows milk. I have always wanted to make her pancakes but, I thought it would be complicated replacing the egg. Your recipe looks so simple, I’m trying it ASAP!
im vegan and my fav egg substitute is usually aquafaba, it works pretty well. my grandma doesnt eat eggs and she uses applesauce instead :)

If you ground up your flax seeds keep them in the fridge because they go rancid fast. I had some go rancid on me. Something about once you grind them up it loses it shelf life. I had the baby bell vegan cheese. It's not bad but it just has like a little odd taste.

I loved your reaction when your husband was chowing down on the curry you made!! Re Babybel cheese - I haven't had the vegan version yet, but I vaguely remember having the dairy version before I went vegan and being underwhelmed.

I tried the cheese also but was hesitant as well because of mixed reviews. I agree, they aren't bad. It was definitely missing something. I ended up chopping one in a bowl, adding a little sesame seed oil and everything seasoning.
What industry do you work in? It’s always cool learning about careers. Side note. I want to try the pancakes. Those baby bell cheeses are good. I use your recipes a lot. Milled flaxseeds have to be refrigerated

Hi Brea! Which yeast are you referring to? I mainly use nutritional yeast (search for it on google to see where it’s sold near you) and that helps gives dishes a nutty/cheesy flavor
