To all foreigners, both tourists and vloggers, many thanks for visiting the Philippines. The Department of Tourism slogan, "ITS MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES" , welcomes all foreigner in our country. Thank you for promoting our country, supporting our local and tourism business,. Your comments and observation of our cities and tourist spots are important because it will help raise awareness the current condition of the places you visit. Constructive criticisms will help us to develop more, improve more, and clean our cities and tourist spots.
Whoa!!!! Shelbs, tamilok is nutritious. Its rich in protein. Taste like fresh oyster. Your adventure going to mangroves seems your in the amazon river. Luckily there's no alligator. I enjoyed your vlog. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hello good job eat tambilok wow the cave so nice enjoy explore beautiful island and place in Puerto princes a more fun in the Philippine god bless stay safe
I love buffets! Is the buffet tied with the tour itself or nah? I do hope it's all-you-can-eat, because after that waiting time and that tour, a huge meal is essential. As usual guys, thank you for the great video, I always watch it in 4K because it's stunning, and it does great justice to the places you've been. Cheers on your next adventure! ^_^
Us too! Buffets are the best. The tour was magical for us. Even if the food was crappy we would still do it :) but the buffet made it all so worth it!! We are foodies so that’s important to us lol. Thanks Oliver for all your sweet comments and support. We notice you everytime. Cheers our friend 🥰
What an amazing experience. 👍 Bring the happy moments with you guys and never let it slip away until you get back to the Philippines, AGAIN. 🥰 Share everything you had here to your relatives and friends in Canada to give 'em an idea to come over and have their share of good and memorable experiences too, like what you had. ❤️🇵🇭
It sure was! We had an absolute blast. The memories of the Philippines are long lasting! Thank you so much Denzyr, that is so kind. We hope you are having an incredible week. 🥰
You know being born in the Philippines, I've actually never tried that stuff. Props to you guys! I consider you both honorary Filipinos lol! ❤ The green beans are a vegetable version of adobo. Probably one of my fave veggie dishes. Respect and love to you both! Your vids always put me in a good mood and I've needed them because it's been a rough few months. Thank you for the vids!
It’s so good! You should venture out and try some new things! I bet you will be surprised. The green bean dish is one of our faves too now. 😍 and we love to here our videos make you happy. Sorry you’ve been going through a rough couple months. Hang in there friend 💖 sending you hugs!!
My fave foodie vloggers!😊. Finally you had your first buffet meal...keep posting video guys.Thank you for the good vibes!! Love lots and you guys take care❤️
I really love ur videos. So entertaining...keep on travelling to our beautiful country... The Philippines.. and you must try to go to Iloilo and Siargao . Me too is a traveller.. and I really recommend these. So much food trip in Iloilo and sooo beautiful in Gigantes island ...God bless to both of you..
Thanks loads. The Philippines has been absolutely incredible. So many fun adventures to be had. Thanks for the recommendations as well we will have to add them to the list 🥰
Chase and Shelbs, that tamilok experience, although may seem weird for many tourists, is actually an interesting and a down to earth experience. Keep discovering more, and continue to enjoy and savor your PH adventure and experience! You'll soon find so much more exciting and pleasant surprises ahead.
We had to try it! It was such a fun local thing to do, and that’s our fave! We appreciate it and we sure will! Always more fun adventures to be had 🙏🏼🤩
Btw, it's not spinach, it's called kang kong or tang kong. I guess it's similar to spinach and they taste good and nutritious. You guys are always fun to watch!
Watching from Canada 🇨🇦.....Hi !!when I was a kid my Papa and I always hunting for Tamilok .."I can eat tamilok but I can't manage to eat balut"... Have fun !!fun!!! all the.time my kababayan Canadian ...Chase you really tasted.tamilok eh...
Canada! Our home country 😍 so cool you guys would find Tamilok that sounds like a special memory. Hhaha you should try balut in the future it’s not that bad! Promise hehe
Wow you make me hungry while watching your video eating buffet , food look delicious and affordable and healthy as well ,, Thanks for promoting different places of the Philippines Every videos you had make our country well known to the world ..
HI guys! Just watched this now. It really warms my heart to see other nationalities enjoying and appreciating our country, esp. our food. Coz i always hear or read of other foreigners comparing our food to other Asian cuisine and say that ours is "lacking". Like there was this white guy based in Thailand (who has visited PH maybe 3x now) who always thought that. But it turns out he just hasn't really tried real Filipino food. Coz on his last visit here, he met a Filipina who introduced him to actual PH cuisine like Sinigang, Sisig, etc. And guess what. He admitted his mistake and even said that some of the food he tried were absolutely amazing. Thanks and more power!
Hi hi!! Omg it’s so funny because at first we had a bit of a hard time with the food but the. we started learning more about the different flavours and we started knowing what we liked.. by the end of it I had a HUGE list of Filipino food that we loved. Haha of course there are foods not everyone likes but you have to be adventurous before you give up. It’s honestly it’s so delicious! And yes sisig and sinigang are 2 of our faves 🤩🤩 hopefully people can learn and try different foods. I’m glad he experienced that 😍
Hi again C&S. I was the one who commented earlier... So happy to know you now have a list of favorite foods here! And happier to know it's a HUGE list :) I think that foreigner i told you about earlier initially thought that PH cuisine was just Balut, Isaw (chicken intestines) and Kwek-kwek (another popular streetfood), lol. So yeah, glad he finally got to eat real PH cuisine and loved it. Do you know that the late Anthony Bourdain raved about SISIG when he came here for his 'No Reservations' show? And also, SINIGANG is Taste Atlas' World's Best Soup in 2021. While PANSIT BIHON, which i believe was also on your plate in the video, was said to be a favorite of Barrack Obama when he was in the White House, cooked by a Filipino chef there. There are plenty more delicious Pinoy dishes like KARE-KARE, BULALO, different kinds of PANSIT, BICOL EXPRESS, PINAKBET, KALDERETA, BISTEK, , etc. And snacks and desserts like the KAKANINS (native snacks from the olden days, maybe pre-Spanish times), BANANA-Q, TURON, GINATAANG BILO-BILO, BRAZO DE MERCEDES, etc. Most of these food don't even need 'acquired taste' but are good at first try. So yeah, we have a lot to offer the taste buds too, same with other more popular cuisine like Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food. Thanks again :)
Hello I watch all of you're videos and its so great to watch you enjoying you're vacation here in the pH.i hope you're always safe travelling and also enjoy our food here in our country thank u for visiting here in the pH.
Adventurist lovely couple happy for you both your enjoying your tour and eating tamilok wood worm. I haven't eaten that worm..i am scared! but your so brave to taste and eat it. Good luck guys we love you. Keep safe always
I'm amazed you actually ate it! I tried sea urchin and I can't stop puking the whole day. I'd love to give that mangrove tour a try sometime. That underground/cave shots look so surreal. Such a fun episode, as always, guys. 👌
Oh no!! We are sea urchin too in a upcoming video haha it was interesting 😂 And thank you so much, we had such a great day and the cave was so beautiful 💖
Balut vs. tamilok and shelbs chose balut HAHAHHA but I love how both of you tried everything without any hesitations. Anyways, I'm watching your vlogs with my family and we've really enjoyed it! Can't wait on your next adventure. Stay safe always! ( ◜‿◝ )♡
Isn’t that crazy haha! I enjoyed balut more! I found it had good flavour and wasn’t slimy. Hello to you and your family! So glad you guys are enjoying. We will see you next Wednesday 🥰
@@ChaseandShelbs The balut is at least cooked while the tamilok is not. Besides, the balut is delicious but I don't know about tamilok as I have not eaten one but I would not even think of eating it. But kudos to both of you for being bold enough to try it
Attendance check here I really enjoy watching this again and again the scenery and the eating tamilok just wow and smiling waiting for your next upload just always keep safe both of you guys. Please let this guys reach 100k before they leave the Philippines this vlog is beyond awesome thanks for visiting palawan
Holy crap! You guys ate Tamilok? Never tried that yet but I eat just about anything especially kinilaw style. Headed over there next year with the family. Having grown up in the states I have not been to a lot of beautiful places there. Thanks for all the tips...can't wait to experience what you guys are doing.I'll have plenty of time come retirement.
Yes we did! It was super similar to Kinilaw. Just slimier ! We are excited for you guys to come here and explore. We love the Philippines! It’s such a good time 😍
Shelby, you’ll be grateful for that rule/provision re wearing life vests if you knew how many boats accidents happen in the Philippines esp during the rainy/typhoon season. Many have capsized and didn’t have enough life vests and drowned.
They tell you to wear them for 5 minutes so the coast guard can see and then everyone can take them off. We always have them beside us if anything goes wrong! But yes it’s always good to have life vests on board. I just don’t like wearing them 😂
was supposed to visit the Underground River on our 2nd trip to Palawan, but skipped again. Thanks for taking us though! Love the buffet!!! that''s how you eat as a Pinoy--plate overflowing!!!
New experience and nature's at its best 👌. The "Kinilaw" is the Filipino version of "Ceviche" but with local lime "Calamansi". Would love to try that "Tamilok". Great memories for the book to share with your family and friends back home🤗. More fun in the Philippines 🇵🇭.
Thank you! It’s always best to watch out videos as you eat we find as people usually get hungry as we are aways eating in out vids! 😂 so glad you enjoyed!!
Shelbs reaction eating tamilok is so cute.... Hehehe.... I found out that you guys know Flora and Note from one of their videos in Thailand, maybe a collab someday in the Philippines?.. Stay healthy and happy guys....
I'm decades old and I still remember when I was very young a friend or relative is farming worms and I believe they make wormburger from it. So, eating woodworm is not bad but not often. Be always safe guys!
Wow, what a meal, a wood worm! 🐛Just wondering what's the taste of it, it looks like jelly, but Shelby doesn't like it. Going to the underground river looks little scary and it's like taking a horror boat ride with the bats seems to be dropping on the top of your head.haha..👍😀
Haha the Taste was super chill, didn’t taste much like anything. Maybe just VERY fresh seafood. But it was too slimy lol! We were scared of bat poop too but it was all good in the end thank goodness! 😂🙏🏼
Lmao you guys crack me up tasting local cuisine from the PI. From the balut to the worms you guys are brave. More videos of my motherland the Philippines please. I am enjoying every PI vlog. You guys are the best. 🙏🇵🇭
I really love your channel! ❤️ The energy you guys radiate is just amazing! Just a suggestion, to get your channel growing fast, try uploading daily episodes. It’s hard work but it’s doable! Filipinos appreciate hard work! I noticed with vloggers who does daily episodes (Go with Ali, Harry Jaggard) gets at least 1-2k subscribers a day. More people need to see this great channel!!!❤️🙏
That is so sweet Lara! Thank you very much. We won’t say never but for the style and type of vids we do it isn’t for us. 🥰 sending lots of love to you!!
So good watching you enjoy the Filipino dishes! 😂Can’t wait to visit but My greatest concern is gaining 20 plus lbs by the time we leave the Philippines.
This is the first vlog on the underground river I have seen after 3 years from another vlogger. I was expecting a vlogger to tour it but did not and so it was a welcome surprise you made it.
Shelbs the lumpia pink sauce is mayonnaise with a little bit of catsup😂. Glad you guys enjoyed your lunch buffet. Coming to Philippines on August 15 and will be in El Nido August 20th. I can see it rained while youre there, hope it doesnt rain too much on us on our visit 🤞
OMG that buffet is diviiiiiiiiiiine!!! The candle thing is to keep the flies away. I think what you were eating was water spinach. And that 'pink' or peach sauce is mayo and ketchup. :)
Another GRRREAT video. You guys always manages to make me LOL! I think Chase tricked you to eating that tamilok. He was such a cool clam when he ate that mollusk. And he made it sound like it was the most delicious thing ever! He got me wanting to try it too! 🤣
Love watching you two have fun. You try everything new. Am glad you enjoy the simplicity of the places you go to . Appreciation to our fellow Filipinos and our culture. Nature is best left untouched. Stay safe and I hope to see more of your journey.

you can dip the okra in bagoong isda with calamansi (perfect combination)
Happy to have watched your new vlog. I wish you more fun and Philippine adventures to come. 🥰
So good watching you enjoy the Filipino dishes! 😂Can’t wait to visit but My greatest concern is gaining 20 plus lbs by the time we leave the Philippines.
Gain it wish pride! The food is too good 😂
This is the first vlog on the underground river I have seen after 3 years from another vlogger. I was expecting a vlogger to tour it but did not and so it was a welcome surprise you made it.
Oh wow! We are glad you got to see it again. It was so fun, happy you enjoyed 🥰
It’s life changing! I love the dip haha!! I’m glad I know what it is now. Thank you. Fingers crossed you guys get good weather 🥰
Love watching your videos guys.. you’re both like a little ray of sunshine in that rainy weather.. good vibes 🙏🙌👊🏽😊
Awww 🤩♥️♥️♥️
OMG that buffet is diviiiiiiiiiiine!!! The candle thing is to keep the flies away. I think what you were eating was water spinach. And that 'pink' or peach sauce is mayo and ketchup. :)
That totally makes sense! It was honestly the best buffet 😍😍 thank you for letting us know. It was super tasty, and that mayo is to die for!! 😂👏🏼
@@ChaseandShelbs Good thing I was full when that part came on. Lol
Another GRRREAT video. You guys always manages to make me LOL!
I think Chase tricked you to eating that tamilok. He was such a cool clam when he ate that mollusk. And he made it sound like it was the most delicious thing ever! He got me wanting to try it too! 🤣
Haha thank you! And I know right!? He made it look so easy but it was very slimy and an interesting texture to say the least 😂😂
Wow

Cool
Love watching you two have fun. You try everything new. Am glad you enjoy the simplicity of the places you go to . Appreciation to our fellow Filipinos and our culture. Nature is best left untouched. Stay safe and I hope to see more of your journey.
Thank you! We have had so much fun seeing the Philippines and all the beauty it has to offer! Culture, food, people and all. We absolutely will 🥰
Im more enjoyed watching you guys personality than the views in Philippines 😜😝😍😍 both so cool and flexible!
Underground river is amazing. That spinach is called Kangkong in Filipino. Filipinos love kangkong or water spinach. enjoy the rest of Palawan
Thank you so much! It was a great day 🥰
Love it....
