I will not be making a tier list update for this patch as I said I would, as not only do I not have that much to say about Rappa, but I also think Rappa's place in the tier list will change a good amount with 2.7. 2. On this note, from now on I won't be making pull priority videos on every single banner, but rather just the ones that I have a lot to say about.
