Salvation of a saint by Keigo Higashino is a masterpiece
Will check!
@@thehellyblog All of Keigo Higashino's books are very good, the genre is detective and crime and its amazing work. he's like the Japanese agatha christy.
@@potatoisme6953so true! I ADORE his works because they are such an easy and engaging read and I’m on his 5th book, The Kaga series is my favourite and I’ve read all the 4 English translated books including the last epilogue book! I really wish he would translate all the other 4 books which are in the series into English
Tonight I came to your shorts, I really loved and enjoyed. Thank you for creating such a beautiful content.
I read Kafka on the shore it's just so nice ❤️🌟
Yeah... About that...
I didn't really get what actually happened in that one.
Also, do all Japanese speak THIS deep about life and all as shown in the book?
I didn’t get some events in the book too like the leech falling from the sky and the old man dying after flipping the stone, but i really liked the writing style, how murakami described the environment of the scene etc.
I guess it was more on the fiction side.
Like Nakata was in a some way related to the entrance thingy since he fainted for weeks in that rice bowl mountain during his childhood.
N then whenever he got extremely angry or annoyed weird things fell from the sky bcoz of his this connection.
Like the fish fell when he murdered Tamura's father coz he was killing cats.
N then some bikers were beating a guy whom Nakata tried helping n then the leeches fell.
Thats why i felt the bk was way more on a fictional side
Kafka nice 💀 brahhh it's been week and still my mind can't get over metamorphosis
I am reading Kafka on the shore
Can’t believe you didn’t mention Norwegian woods
it's literally the best
Malice and Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino are 2 incredible crime mystery books that I absolutely loved
I'm currently reading Dazai Osamu's The Setting Sun. His No Longer Human was way more depressing 😢.
I recently came across this wonderful author Sayaka Murata.. her earthlings and convenience store books got really successful! I could see those classics everywhere.. pls tell me how is it..
I need to buy the whole set(if it’s in the series form) also if it is.. pls Lemmi know by which order should I read/buy it!
Looking forward!❤
South of the border north of the sun is also my all time favourite
*West of the sun
M a big fan of hayao Miyazaki u should watch Ghibli movies❤
I read into the void, before the coffee gets cold, how do you live? And the traveling cat chronicles, all different authors and they are all good❤
I have seen files of young kindaichi thank you for mentioning it and you should try edogawa rampo
my favourite japanese book is 'ikigai'
just awsome
Yess a good book! What about these, gave a try?
👍🏾❤️👍🏾✨
I've just finished Heaven and I'm not at all happy and satisfied as well after reading... The two reason I'm quite unsatisfied are -
1. Story writing is so simple..when i was reading it looked like i was a children book literally
2. There's not a paragraph on the life of Japanese culture...
it looked like i was reading a comic without comedy...lol and i would like to add that the story is too short too short....
Ohh! Try other.
I want a anime series on Kafka on the shore.
I am your big fan ❤
Nice!!
Thanks! Read?
I have a question many people say billionaires and millionaires don't read fiction... what's your take on that ?
Wait until the real legend come .... The book of five rings by Miyamoto mushashi
I am in love with japan , it's culture, cartoons and murakami. Just finished reading ikigai few days back and I also read south of the border of the sun ( in April 2022). I didn't liked the narrator of the story and dii what's your interpretation of the lady like what was she doing like as profession and the child who died or if she was real or not ??
Yes! You could try other.
I swear I have a crush on you. Have been watching your video for last four years
Next read Norwegian Wood
Ikikagi and art of war joined the chat
Haha

Can we expect ur own book in future?
Haha why not!!

Its been a year and I couldn’t complete it, should i pick it back up?
Beatles song?
@@Ashishsharma-fw8nuyes definitely
@@Ashishsharma-fw8nuyou should . Although I didn't much like the ending I thought I would not read this book again. Also I love the wind up bird chronicle by the same author even more than this . Until recently , I was compelled to read Norwegian wood again . I don't know what made me, so I am rereading it and now I realise I love this even more haha ❤
Por cual deberia empezar si nunca he leido a murakami?
Yo empecé por Tokyo Blues, y seguramente todo el mundo te recomiende ese pero realmente no influye mucho.
Dattebayooo
Could you pretty please hold the book still for a moment next time😅
