Around the 2:30 mark, what technique did you use for the triplet arpeggio, alternate picking, sweeping, hybrid, economy, or a combination of any of those? I am thinking of learning this. Thank you very much and great playing.
You can do either sweeping or alternate picking , or combo the two.
He used strict alternate picking down-up, 3 notes per string, you can use economy picking or legato if you want. Ben Eller did a video on this lick (his version is slightly easier - sixtuplets instead of 32nd notes)

Great track! Nice work! Tabs are great! But I'm not sure the mp3 file(s) supplied in the download should be considered backing tracks. Or, possibly I misunderstand the definition of a backing track. The tracks are not separated so that I can play the lead guitar piece over the rest of the instruments. It's more like a cover of the piece, not a backing track. Am I wrong?
Hi, Thank you. It should be a backing track meaning without the guitar (solo) section. Without the lead part. I will double check
Hi, it is correct. Its a backing track it has a bit of the rhythm guitar in it but just slightly (as a double guitar) but the lead section is not there. Enjoy 🤟

Any tips on how to practice that last fast part?
Strict alternate picking. Start with the picking and left hand coordination (slow) then practice with a beat/metronome once you get it. Playing fast is just a result of mastery 🤟 Enjoy

I don't have zn HX. I used drive preamp, tube boost/screamer, reverb, delay and compressor. Enjoy 🤟
