- A thyroid colloid cyst is a benign, fluid-filled nodule that forms within the thyroid gland. These cysts arise from the accumulation of colloid, a gel-like substance produced by the thyroid, within a thyroid follicle. Thyroid colloid cysts are typically asymptomatic and are often discovered incidentally during imaging studies for other conditions. However, if the cyst grows large, it can cause symptoms such as a visible neck lump, difficulty swallowing, or breathing problems due to compression of nearby structures. Diagnosis is usually confirmed through ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration, which helps to rule out malignancy. Treatment options depend on the size and symptoms of the cyst and may include observation, aspiration, or surgical removal if necessary.

Received 9 unstained slides-FNAC, left thyroid nodule
2. Microscopic Examination:
Smears are cellular with groups, follicles and sheets of follicular epithelial cells in haemorrhagic background. Mild anisonucleosis is seen. Papillary thyroid carcinoma related nuclear features are not seen.
Impression:
Suspicious for follicular neoplasm, Bethesda category IV.

Sir my father had 3 times lower limb angioplasty in last two years.After angioplasty the gangrenous wound didn't turned ok. All the toes were amputed, heel bone amputed, every alternate day dressing is done . In last visit in hospital the doctor did fasciotomy in my father lower limb. More cuts added in the limb . Last time lower limb color doppler done but not much blockages found. But the wound is not getting dry after so much interventions.
What to do sir? So that the wound get healed😢
