Abdullah ibn Busr reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, the laws of Islam are too many for me, so tell me something I can hold onto.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
لَا يَزَالُ لِسَانُكَ رَطْبًا مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ
Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah.

Walaykum Asalam, We have 15 people working full time to produce these videos every day. How do you expect these people to make a living. Should they work for free. Islamic universities charge money, Islamic bookstores charge for books, charities pay workers to run and masjid pay their staff. This is all halal. Allah knows best.

Also, to create an app and produce halal content is not a one person job. ( I am an audio/video engineer). The brothers have done a great job mashAllah Alhamdulilah. Be happy for them that they are in the line of work that is in the way to Allah. The yearly cost is that of a family takeout meal and the monthly is a single person’s lunch money.
