Do you have MAC's Love Me Lipstick in the color "Bated Breath"? From what I can see, it looks quite similar to Lisa Eldridge's Velveteen Liquid Lipstick in "Blush". Likewise, I find "Bated Breath" a little stark when applied full-on (depending on the occasion, of course), but when blotted, it looks sooo flattering and lasts amazingly long. And of course, that formula wears really comfortably.
I love the MAC Love Me formula and have had the Bated Breath shade… think I decluttered it because I had too many dupes, but you are right… there is a similar tone but the Lisa Eldridge is slightly more rosy, but just a smidge. I didn’t try the formula blotted because I don’t usually like blotted lips but I think I need to start experimenting 👍
