I am not sure Bethesda is aware of the elements of RPGs known as "storytelling", "characters", and "dialogue". That said, I don't know about ES6. I think Bethesda has long been left in the dust by other devs. Is there anything they can now offer that others are not doing better?
I am looking forward to Skywind far more than ES6.

Check out 'The Wayward Realms', a passionate Kickstarter project from two of the original Daggerfall creators. Looks very promising to me and might bring back the fun to first person RPGs Im missing in Bethe$da productions.

It's been very entertaining to watch a genuinely passionate development team work on a first-person fantasy RPG after over a decade of Bethesda's bumbling attempts at "streamlining the RP out of their G".
Here's hoping we'll look back on it as a success, and not another high-stakes crowdfunding scam.
I heard modders were already preparing for ES 6 and making mods they know the game will need to fix it............haha

If they put out an amazing game and then put out annual expansion packs, like they're planning with Starfield, I'll be very happy.

not a single person believe not every single bug a glitch in the game right now will be fixed in the version that is released. hurry up and get it out so you can complete it and then i can buy the ultimate edition for 20 bucks in a few years with all dlc
Agreed, it pays to be a patient gamer; why pay $60 when you can get in on sale on steam/gog/epic for half that with all the DLC.

Nope. I don't trust Bethesda anymore. They proved, with Starfield, that they are no longer able to make good games.
I had a lot of fun with Starfield.
But Starfield was a good game debatably the best space rpg ever made 😂. It would take literal years to fly around Elite Dangerous and No man’s Sky does not have a story or gameplay at the same level as Starfield. No man’s sky is better in some ways but not all at all.
I'm actually looking forward to space exploration when I get money to buy Starfield.
The longevity gameplay is King in Bethesda games. Even more so with mods.
Compared to most linear focus games out there.

The leaps are always epic between Elder Scroll games. Morrowind to Oblivion, Oblivion to Skyrim.
People will be mad already ES6 isnt like Skyrim, but I'm looking forward to what ES6 does new.
Fallout and Starfield gives us a nice look into their gameplay updates, npc interactions, and visuals.
Cant wait for this to move over to an RPG Fantasy game where those mechanics really shine.
You actually believe it will be any good? Bethesda started going downhill fast after skyrim. Even skyrim was less of an rpg than oblivion, and oblivion was less rpg than morrowind... Starfield was very, very bad. And this comes from someone who loved bethesda games.
@@kevinh1792 oh my, again with Skyrim isnt a good rpg. morrowind sucks. oblivion sucks. skyrim is still the top in everything before. its facts. morrowind is ugly and dice roll dumb. oblivion is janky and unbalanced. skyrim litterally does everything better except people still say "oh but oblivion had this lengthy of a quest" yeah but skyrim had higher quality in ALL their quests. fallout also is loved by many and so is starfield. unless you just go online and form a ranters opinion. starfield is either a great story space game or its a horrible empty space game. thats taste. outter worlds? a kids game. No Mans? No story. Starcitizen? pc exclusive mmo. When you compare Bethesda games, they are always staple games in story, exploration, questing. Just look at Dragons Dogma or Elden Ring. Bethesda has the content game depth value where others feel lacking.
@@peacefusionSkyrim had more polished gameplay but if you legitimately think Skyrims quests were better I’m not convinced you played Morrowind and Oblivion at all.
Bethesda's first requirement is to make a game that enthuses the fan base as much as Skyrim did at launch. If they fail to do that then the final seven or eight years of their ten years of support will end up supporting a game that only a few people will still be playing.
