    I’ve lived with regret for most of my life. It makes me sad to know that I have wasted so many years on regret, guilt, self loathing, and mental illness. So many things I would have done differently. But it is what it is. Now I have to live with the knowledge that I made some stupid mistakes. And let those decisions cause so much damage to me and my life. I wish this pain on no one.

    This is great! ❤ Last week i travelled to Dublin to visit my dad in hospital. As i got on the bus i realised my ex fiancee was getting on too. I haven't seen him in 12years! Oh my goodness...he walked to the back of the bus(we caught each other from the corner of our eyes as he walked by..i kept saying in my head "help me Jesus". The funniest thing happened, the light over my head kept flashing(only broken light on the bus(i had to move sit! This man was an angel in my life, but i broke it off because of my problems He was a gift. I ran from another gifting relationship earlier in life too. Anyway after 4hours journey (i practiced asked his soul to forgive me and remained in prayer through journey) he was getting off at a stop before me, he looked back at me and i said hello and reached out my hand to shake his and i held it for a second and said nice to see you, and he asked where i lived now. I feel that day was closure as he was very special to me even though i was the one doing all the hurting. He married his childhood sweetheart a few years after me. Just wanted to share that little story 🙏

      After commenting here I went to my "deck shelf" and I was drawn to the Secret Language of Light. I shuffled, while I spoke to God "my spiritual tribe" I referred to due to there was so much support around me 😁
      Anyways the first card I was giving number 43 Enlightenment and I want to share what I just read to you, after listening to this video of yours.
      You are not trying to replace a negative memory with a positive one instead, see all the components of memory so that a new conclusion can form. An unbalanced memory recreates the trauma every time it is talked about or remembered. This event or person will be blamed for pain in your life today. A balanced memory has no charge or activation, and becomes wisdom. You may even come to see a challenge as the best thing that ever happened to you.
      As I'm smiling with such love within me..... it goes on to say, once you change and heal your opinion enlightenment will shine through as wisdom. ☺️
      How abso~freakin~lately woooonderful is this 🤸🙌💃🤩

    Regret and shame seem to go hand in hand. I have also heard "I'm not ashamed."

    I have many regrets from poor choices I made in the past. It has caused a lot of pain due to denial. I entered a 12 step program around 10 years ago which has helped me tremendously along with ACIM..

    I have many regrets that involve my partner that has passed recently. How does one deal with the guilt and regret that comes with a loved ones passing when you were not able to have closure with that person?

      Great question . . . not easily answered in a short post but, in a nutshell, you might try a goodbye exercise (I have one as a free download on my website homepage). You could also try a grieving group or a personal counselor. And sorry for your loss. ~MM

    Is it right to think in any situation that God willed it ?

    • @MichaelMirdadTeacher
      @MichaelMirdadTeacher  3 роки тому +2

      Yes. Anything that is truly about love and the greater good for all can be said to be God's Will. ~MM
