Watching this 1 year later. I feel phenomenal 🎉 I had so much fear and worry controlling my thoughts in my mind the phrase is provided give me that exercise and I am so grateful within two short months of how far I’ve been able to push back my ego. And I can affirm that doing these saying or prayers daily, can get you to where you are the peace of God.
perfect, it shook me up, wow, all makes sense, that is how I lived my whole life, in fear and worry, till recently. Thank you for this teaching.

In AA the first question I ask a sponcee. Are you willing to go to any length to stay sober. If there is a yes but, they are not ready for soberity. Spot on with your talk.

Such a relevant message today. Realising that this healing and working on oneself is ongoing. I really resonate with your teachings. You some how subtly switch my focus to that of self responsibility and reflection without belittling or minimising what I am experiencing in that moment. I have struggled with fear and worry on and off my entire life since I was a little girl and now as a grown mother of 2 I still struggle especially now as am going through an awakening . I have done alot of shadow work healing of inner child traumas and wounds , I am working on opening blocked chakra.again especially thr root chakra . And yet I am finding that fear and worry is so ingrained in my human body that it's going to take a lot of work to finally remember am not apart from Source. Last night I woke in a place of huge anxiety based on fear. I accepted it and gave it to God, (as I learned from Michael)
And I was granted peace. I will use this technique forever. I am so thankful!
