Took the Harley on that pass in Rocky Mountain National Park 2020. 1st I've heard of timed window entries (it was new that year). Had to wait till 5pm to go through. Little nerve racking with so much openness and the drop off in the winds. 😮
@@SwitchItUpLifewell it wasn't cut out of the edit. Sheila has come out of her shell from the beginning of this journey. She has to reel Todd back in on occasion. Safe travels as always.
Dust is made of fine particles of solid matter. On Earth, it generally consists of atmospheric particulates (particles in the atmosphere) that come from various sources such as soil lifted by wind (an aeolian process), volcanic eruptions, and pollution. Dust in homes is composed of about 20-50% dead skin cells. 💚💚💚
Y’all crack me up! So fun to watch the episodes unfold . And maybe a good idea would be SIU hat pins for the crew. Another merch item! We all wear hats and visors on hikes. Just saying….
I'm with you Sheila, can't deal with a dusty car (or truck)! Todd, what were you thinking, lol? Rocky Mountains are so beautiful. Only been once but it's on our list to go again with the RV this time. Love your channel!
I love Grand Lake. My aunt and uncle live there. We visited them this summer. My first time i went there. Beautiful place. I keep telling my aunt and uncle they are so lucky. They said yea but when november comes it snows till april. Cant do much. I said i wish i could stay here anyways. 😂😂
Grand Lake is great!! Hubby hiked to Adams Falls and took picture from same rock as Sheila. We also have done "The Moose Turnaround". So sorry it was so windy for you blowing all that dust. Bless you always.
Seeing a moose is important! I do understand the truck being dirty! I am dealing with that for the last 5 months!! We did schedule a detailing in GA, but the guy never showed up. So, probably be another few more months!😞
We forgot that you needed a reservation to get in the park so no moose 🫎 for us this trip. We did like the town of Grand Lake! Will definitely come back!
I keep a stiffer duster in my glove compartment for such a time as a dusty dashboard!!!! I just live all your adventures! We have been in Northern GA this weekend and I have suggestions for things you may should check out when you are back in this area!!!
We used to go between Shadow mountain and Grand Lake every summer. They’re connected. We’d rent a pontoon boat. Great memories ❤️ They had a bad fire there a while back so it seems to be more windy now.
Do not try the Mexican restaurant at the end of the street. The little ice cream shop was amazing though. Doug and Beckett loved the moose poop and I tried the mountain man. It was pretty good. Marilyn and I found a great little fabric shop in Grand Lake. We also tried the fabric shop in Granby. Her and I had an awesome time. The park was amazing to seel. We all got great photos in front of a giant snow drift. Beautiful area. Switch it Up!
Hwy 34, Wilderness Trail, is awesome! Especially when you get up above the tree line. Spectacular views! You need to do it on the Indian! On one of my trips across to Estes Park not only was it windy but started to sleet and snow. Made for an interesting motorcycle adventure! Love your videos! Hope to meet y’all in GA in the fall!
My ram interior is beautiful beige, u think it would show dirty when it is, but nop it’s the opposite lol. A picnic table pin! 🤣 too funny gotta find u one of those! …your crab is lonely😂. 🍻
Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our favorite destinations. Hope you checked out Estes Park. We usually stay on the EP side. Favorite spots in the park are Bear Lake, Old Fall River Road and Moraine Park in the fall during rutting season.
My mother “volunteered” at Rocky Mountain, for several summers. Free campsites. We never were able to see it, but she always talked about the lake, the falls, And the moose. Glad to see all three. Thanks for the work you two do.
Sheila what is that device over your left shoulder when you and Todd were in the kitchen? Good thing you had some wipes in the truck for dust cleaning😅

Maybe try a leaf blower inside truck? Would make a good video.
Lol now that’s a new idea!
This guy is the best weather reporter i've ever seen on youtube. haha
Lol 😂
Every night about 7:30 I go and sit in our screened in porch and watch twin baby deer slowly come in our backyard to eat the clover. So sweet.
Thanks for video
Thank you for watching
Grand Lake is definitely a cool little town, we want to plan to go back.
Very Fun!! I loved the moose
Another awesome video. Thanks for sharing

I’m with Sheila on this one. Role your windows up! 😂
I thought you two never had a word. I was shocked! 😅
Well he didn't do a very good job of turning off the camera --- so you saw the whole dang thing!
Love it. My wife and I living in our motorhome never have a word. 🤣

Well it is a good to see that the crab on your head didn't scare you to much LOL
OMG, I think our wives are long lost sisters... from the dirt to the animals
Love to see the wildlife.

Love the video... as usual. LOL. Keep 'splorin' and sharin'
The plural of moose is moose. Loved your adventure, and next time, we will go to Grand Lake!
Fun video. Was great running into you guys in RMNP!
Thanks! We always enjoy seeing you two!
Hat Pins are great! It's surprising how little you care about seeing wildlife, Todd, considering what you do.
Glad you enjoyed and saw “mooses “!!!
No, no, no….mooseees, one moose then many moosees lol 🍻
C4YT. Glad you finally got to see your moose! Cheers from KC. ~lisa b.
Looked like a really cute town and ice cream is always yum!

So jealous you saw a moose🥰. We’ve spent two days 4 wheeling in Big Horn mountains looking for a moose.

Todd how long did you have to sleep on the sofa?
Ok I commented too soon loved Sheila "I have been telling you for 26 years"😅😅😅

We’ve still never seen a moose. Marlo swears they are mythical like unicorns. 🦄 = 🫎

You two crack me up!! 🤣😂🤣 By the way, I sent you a DM on Facebook with a huddle location suggestion.
I’m so desperate to see a moose in Maine 😂
The moose is not stupid.

Was it Bruce the Moose in Grand Lake?
I bet it was!!

Crazy question, I'm looking for a decent pair of hiking boots for a trip out west. Any suggestion on women's hiking boots? :)
🤣😂😅
But does Todd like crab cakes?
The reason your walk is difficult is the elevation. Ya think?
Todd your wife is a saint to put up with you. Many women would have divorced you a long time ago, just saying. Lol
