What is Chin Chin?
Chin Chin is a popular Nigerian snack that is crunchy both inside and outside
Ingredients:
Here are the ingredients for 1 paint bucket of chin chin
All-purpose flour 1.5kg
sugar
Salted butter or margarine 270g
Baking powder
Ground nutmeg
cinnamon
milk powder flavor
flavor
Eggs 3
Evaporated milk
Oil for deep frying
How to Make Chin Chin:
Here's a step-by-step guide to making Chin Chin
Mix dry ingredients: Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Mix wet ingredients: Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Rest the dough: Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cut into shapes: Cut the dough into small squares or shapes.
Fry: Fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown.
cool: Let the Chin Chin cool before serving.
Tips
Here are some tips to make the perfect Chin Chin ¹
Use the right type of flour: All-purpose flour is the best type of flour to use.
Don't overmix: Mix the ingredients just until they come together.
Use the right amount of oil: Use enough oil to deep fry the Chin Chin.
Don't overcrowd: Fry the Chin Chin in batches so they have enough room to cook evenly.
Drain excess oil: Place the fried Chin Chin on a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil.

Please, you didn't mention the quantity of sugar as often as you mentioned other ingredients. Even in your description, the sugar measurment is not listed.
Again, is adding salt not necessary?
