Your lil bro was a great sport!! 😄 I thought he did quite well in the sparring actually. He had good instincts on when to stay back and block and when to go in. He was aggressive, but threw every shot with an intended target-not just swinging wildly. It would be cool if he chose a different martial art to study so that could be kind of his thing and you two could cross train for fun. I think he has some natural abilities for boxing 🥊. BJJ would also be cool for him since it’s so different than what you do. Anyway… just some thoughts. And I wanted to send out some appreciation for the brotherly love. 👍👍

✊Yo I have been studying martial arts for years (mostly some of the many styles of kung fu and then karate) and you will find that flexibility will come easily if you put in the practise and that it should be uncomfortable but not painful (I learned that one the hard way) and sometimes when you do feel pain it won't go away you just have to learn to embrace it✊

He did well .I did 8 years of sparring ( shotokan ) my high kicks were not bad , but when I came up against a high kicker , I used to shoot forward fast to mess up their kicks .No good standing still .Either go in fast to mess up their kick or get back fast out of reach . You have to be careful what you teach .I taught my son the palm ear clap technique, and he came up to me unexpectedly and clapped my ears ( thank god not hard ) nearly knocked me out and ruptured both ear drums .Arghhhh

Very nice spar,its great sport. I was watching professional boxing and came across this video. My sons are also interested in kickboxing bm and post videos. Sometimes I try fight them but I lose. I only won once,only after I kicked lightly son in balls😳,but it was enough to win🤣
